    • @Rhinox-Group
      @Rhinox-Group หลายเดือนก่อน

      When you curl the grading bucket towards the arm, gravity applies downward pressure on the digging buckets, keeping them securely in place. As long as you're tracking steadily, your buckets won't fall off. It's becoming more common for manufacturers to incorporate bucket hooks into their design nowadays as they're very popular!

    • @sideshowbob5813
      @sideshowbob5813 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@Rhinox-Group As long as you're tracking steadily you would never have a problem anyway any id put money on the fact that the guys that drive these diggers every day could pick up the buckets just as fast no problem. You can even trap them against the boom if you really want which you wouldn't be able to do with the hooks. It just seems like a diy fix for a non existent problem!!? They don't look too sturdy either, how long till they're all bent and smashed and won't hook on any more?

    Great no-nonense tutorial! Do these struggle if there's some large stone in the soil. I need to build conservatory but i think a lot of stone from an old retaining wall has been buried in the ground. Appreciate your advice. Thanks again

    • @Rhinox-Group
      @Rhinox-Group หลายเดือนก่อน

      Thanks for the comment! Using a standard bucket to break up a retaining wall can be challenging. You may want to try a ripper tooth, as it concentrates all the machine's power into a single point, making it much stronger and more effective than a digging bucket, which spreads the force across multiple teeth. However, it’s still worth starting with a standard digging bucket, as the wall may break apart easily, depending on how well it was constructed or how long ago it was built. Hope this helps!

To streamline our manufacturing process, we purchase our steel pre-shaped, this allows for quick and efficient assembly of the parts. @Rhinox-Group 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      We regularly use the bucket hooks on our Kubota Kx027-4 digger to move multiple digging buckets during site maintenance. Some of the footage in this video was captured by our team while operating the digger. One potential drawback of hooks on the hanger is that if they are welded to the hanger rather than integrated into the hanger ear itself, there is a risk of weld failure, similar to when hooks are welded to a bucket. However, with our one-piece hook and hanger design, the likelihood of weld failure is significantly reduced. Hope this helps!

      Thanks for the concern, Craig, however we don't supply pins with our hydraulic quick couplers - the customer must use the pins supplied with their excavator! In terms of 3 year warranty, it's not actually as common as you think and the companies that do, also have a clause stating the number of operating hours until the warranty no longer covers it, which is considerably lower than our 4,000 hours! Hope this helps!

    Great video and very well explained. Thank you. Tomorrow it's my turn! Quick question" Where does the grease go when the fitting is loosened and is there any way to catch that grease? The reason I ask is because I just did a complete refinishing and rehab on my mini excavation (3.5 ton unit) and I am now far more mindful of avoiding a greasy mess on my newly reborn machine :) It sure is pretty! Thanks for the comment, we're glad we could provide some insight! The grease goes in the track frame area to keep the undercarriage components lubricated to help prevent wear. Unfortunately, we haven't found an easy way to catch the grease but if you find a way, please drop it in the comments so hopefully other people can try it too!
