A suggestion I had was to have a group of Imperial officers (like Barton Coburn) who have sympathies to the clones, occasionally and secretly pass along information to help them. The ISB would have to get involved to root out the officers under orders from Palpatine. My main inspiration came from the Tom Cruise movie Valkryie (2015) I say this cause with this series is very obvious a lego clone rebellion against the Empire is gonna happen which is gonna have Palpatine forced to fully phase out the clones in favor of conscripts if his speech at the Senate didnt already do that. Wiping out the subversives/traitors/stragglers Order 66 style using the ISB and the new stormtroopers
