Can I have phone number please
Hi
From Ghana please I need this blocks where can I get some
Hi
Great video, and your English is amazing, almost like a university English teacher level. Bravo
Can you come to Ghana and work with me? I'm a contractor and I have a lot of work for you.
I need one can you help me out please?
Hi, is there a contact number?
but the problem here is that you're getting your sand wet with water, and some of it is running from (possibly) gutters. and in gutters, there are chemicals and human urine. all of these liquids change the strength properties of the block. so you must protect your sand from rain, from puddles coming from streets and gutters, because all of those things are changing the strength of the block. you can not take a chance with this, because these blocks are on the roof above peoples' heads. the chemistry normally changes with time, with all blocks. now you don't know what type of chemicals are in your water, which can have a bad reaction in the future. this can take lives. protect your sand, protect all of your materials that you put into these blocks. do it the right way, because you don't want a customer to complain that somebody got hurt, or even dead, because of your block products. so clean your environment. invest in plastic tarps and blocks to cover your sand. there is a place in Accra that tests blocks. you may take one block there, and they will tell you what the strength is. this is important, if you really want to win. but if you're playing with yourself and your time and don't check these things, this can be a disaster. do not say nobody told you. keep learning.
Thank you very much. God bless you. Thnak you
doing this manually is so difficult and labor intensive. its better to have a concrete block machine to have higher production capacity and smoother production process.
Hi, great work. What kind of sand are u using and mixing ratio?
An email or Whatsapp no for correspondence. Nice job
Ayivi! Hope you and family are well. Cheers.
Wonder job
Is there a contact number pls
Hello Sir, we are still wanting for the beautiful window updates. Please, is it possible to have ALUTRACO’S direct phone number in Togo? I doubt they have the company in Ghana. Thank you for the insight all the time.
Waiting***
Hi Mr. Ayivi. Did you install the doors before the tiling or the other way?
What's the size for the steel reinforcement for the slab???
is that a sand? where's those sand coming from after u have done applied the bitumen on the roof
For we the apprentice.we need the quantities of the materials
Hi, I have been following you since your first video. God bless you for sharing your journey, it is very inspiring. I dream of building a house on a hillside with view of the city and I am wondering if you can advise which areas in Accra is best for that and perhaps advise on trustworthy company or person that can help with purchasing land?. I have through research found Aburi to be hillside land but the prices are unreasonable. I am originally from Kumasi and have understanding that purchasing land in Accra is very difficult. I am grateful for any advice I get.
Man, you plumber is on point!
I want to know how many wheel barrow of sand to 1 bag of cement is required to produce the 60x15x20 blocks
For a 42.5 grade of cement ,2 wheel barrows of Sand is used to produce 20 holow blocks in Cameroon
Nicely done!
Tonton Ayivi, I just discovered your channel, and all I can say is great job on documenting this building process. On a side note, I love the spaciousness in the kitchen area as well as the natural light coming into the space.

Really nice progress, Efo! I love the kitchen.
Hi @GhanabaKwaku, meda wo ase! Please come again🙏🏾
Hello Ayivi. Great to see a new post from you. The skill set of your artisans cannot be overstated! Love the kitchen. Nice and neat.
Hi @richardlatse7048, thank you! While I have experienced challenges with a few artisans, for the most part they have done an excellent job. Very please so far. I hope all is well with you and yours. Cheers!
I was so fascinated by your appliances, that i had to watch the video twice in order to comment on other ongoing work hihih. The Kitchen manufacturers are very skilled, what wood have you used? Just an observation, wont you be installing granite or aluminium sheets at the bottom of your kitchen cabinets to function as skirting so that it doesn't soak excess water? Furthermore, Is that Mrs Ayivi inspecting her kitchen? I like the steps you took to bolster the security of your property and family, now you just need one mean dog XD. I see your next door neighbour was inspired by your project that he also started building. Well done 2x
Hi @kronemoz, quite a bit to unpack but I love the questions. Water-resistant ply wood was used. That is, plywood coated with epoxy/mastic and stainless Kombi putty. Tarp has been placed in the cabinets underneath the sinks to protect against water in the event of unforseen circumstances. Besides that, no aluminium nor granite skirtings have been installed. But I get the idea of continuing the flow of skirting installed when flooring was done. Will look into that, thank you. Ha haaa...no, that is not the camera-shy first lady. The lady in the vid has been my principal collaborator in-country since late August last year. Yeah, I did not grow up with dogs. The wife would not allow the kids to have dogs, for fear of having too many "kids" to take care of. So, no dogs on the premises to beef up security. That is my little sister building and making good progress next door. @kronemoz, thank you for the questions🙏🏾
@AyiviTV Wow! I had never heard of Stainless kombi putty before, I will take a serious look into it when the kitchen cabinet phase arrives. Haha the first lady and I are camera shy experts but I'll look to change that in the future. Very valid point about dogs. Indeed, you need to invest a lot of time on them. Well done to your sister, she made extraterrestrial progress. In my opinion nothing beats having direct family as your neighbors, im not talking about cousins or uncles/aunties those are another story hahaha.
Ayivi! Felicitations , tremendous progress. I love your appliances, I almost went for the whirlpool wall hung oven, microwave and gas stove but opted for Bosch. Well done.
Hi @KroneMoz, thank you very much. I came across Bosch in my research. They also make excellent appliances. I guess, Whirlpool sounds more anglophone 😂 Thank you for your continued support 🙏🏾
Well done is beautiful everything is coming together so nicely and clean I love it keep going
Thank you @TrueMamle. My Sis, trying to follow in your footsteps. 🙏🏾
Wow kitchen looks so neat and beautiful..
Hi @sunshineasamoah5547, thank you very much! I see you are making excellent progress on your project. You are doing some heavy 🏋️♀️ lifting. More power to you💪🏽...Blessings!🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
Very beautiful, well done Fofo love it.🥰🥰👍
Hi Edith, thank you very much. I hope you are doing well. Blessings to you. 🙏🏾
Welcomw back🎉
hi @l.e.sparklesfkaelliesparkl5875, thanks and thank you for your support!
Please brother, did you buy yr appliances in USA or lome. Thank you
Hi, a great question. The appliances were purchased in Togo and France. The appliances by LG, namely the refrigerator, dishwasher and washing machine were purchase at RAMCO in Lomé. The appliances by Whirlpool were ordered online from www.whirlpool.fr/ . So, the microwave, oven, gas cooktop and wall mounted extractor were purchased and delivered to an address in Paris, then shipped to the construction site in Lomé. Due to challenges with my first electrical contractor, the property is not wired for both 110V and 220V appliances. Furthermore, the dimensions planned for all appliances, except the refrigerator, were at a maximum width of 60 cm. Appliances readily available in the USA are larger in width. 60 cm width appliances are readily available in Lomé. The purchases in France were driven by the lack of quality appliances observed during my search Lomé. Thank you for the question.
Thank you so much
Welcome back. beautiful
Hi @anisahouro-akpo3885, thank you and thanks for the compliment. Please come again. Cheers!
