Storing water is the most important of all. People can survive on water w/minimal food but you can’t survive without water. And you can’t prepare many foods without water like the instant rice on your list

I use instant mashed potatoes to thicken soups and stews. It does the job without adding extra salt. Steer clear of brands with added salt.

I can apple cider vinegar every fall. With the scraps from apples I can o make the vinegar

I agree with your list except peanut oil. I use organic coconut oil,avocado oil or olive oil. I use a lot less coconut oil to fry foods with(if & when I fry)than other oils. I also put a teaspoon in my morning coffee. You can use it for cooking,moisturizing skin,gargling, hair etc. I also have sardines in my pantry bc they are very nutritious for you. And I'm sure you can do a whole video on spices and other items to keep handy,like cayenne pepper. It is good for spicing up food but also for medicinal purposes. It can be used for wound compresses,ulcers,lowering cholesterol, blood pressure and diabetes. But the one thing I didn't understand in your video was when you mentioned canned tomatoes I saw someone with a needle injecting a tomato. What is that about? Thank you for spreading your knowledge. I learned from it and that's most important. ❤

Corn starch can be used as a substitute for body/baby powder.

Don't forget the toilet paper cuz they don't make the sears catalog anymore ,and corn cobs don't work Get toiletries alcohol, peroxide, antibiotic salves, first aid stuff as well. Buy and stack ,stack,stack . Be safe out there. I'd rather be a lot of days early than one day late. God bless .
