Why does he say start with left foot? Most bowlers start with right foot and use a four step delivery. Three step delivery puts more emphasis on just the arm.
most candlepin bowlers use a 3 step delivery but you may have a good point.
I bowl in a candlepin league and 3 step delivery is normal. I use 4 step because it's what I'm used to from 10 pin.
3 step is the standard.
i remember dan on channel 5 bowling, he had some good runs. i think he's up at boutwell's bowling in new hampshire
