Out of the box this ran for 30 minutes and would not start. On/off switch is defective. Hoses are not rated for fuel, carb needs adjustment, it wasn't getting enough air which is why lid is off. Absolute garbage. I give it a 2 out of 10

What caused all the metal flake damage from the first video??

About to attempt this on a 83 Kawasaki klt 250 cam. Exhaust lobe is near gone, fixing to rebuild it with my wire feed. I plan on heating the whole thing when I'm done then cooling evenly in my easy bake aka toaster oven.😂 150.00 average used cam price so I figure it's a good challenge. I just want to clarify this was done to pique my curiosity. For those that don't know this is not ideal for sealing. If your cylinder head is not perfectly straight it may leak. Ideally it needs to be a little rough 🤟🙏

As an update this did not work out. I think this would be ideal when the crank is new to keep from separating.

I had tuning issues. Took it apart it was very clean but the diaphragm was shot already. Not to mention there was overlap on the gaskets cutting off air to the engine.

I had a e 3 spark plug on my yz 125 and The piece of metal that the spark jumps to cracked Would you happen to know why it’s doing that it’s done it two times now

The whole system was under a grand. Most expensive piece was an alternator with a higher output. 200amps. Big 4 was done with 1/0 copper wire. High output capacitors in line with the speakers & 1 before the amp. Nothing too serious as this is Just an a&b work truck
