I had the same problem, the seller sent me a 10mm gear, while my angle grinder was a 14mm. Now i just ordered a 14mm gear online. Hope it works.

Wow, I just bought one of these and had a bit of "fun" fitting it to my OZITO cordless angle grinder......I also bought the Ozito grinder to go with the attachment to make it more portable, mostly for tree branch lopping etc. Basically, the groove that locates the attachment to the grinder (OZITO MODEL) was 3mm off centre due to some bits of the casting getting in the way so I filed the bits down and now it fits. I also had to cut 6mm off the face of the handle mounting lug on the top of the attachment. I think it is a good buy for the price and you do need to have a 5amp hour battery for the cordless grinder if you want to do any work......time will tell. BTW, this model is the 11.5" one......I've got a 12" one, some like it big.

I bought one of these also, but my bar adjustment s a little different. Good thing these dont cost alot because the shit with the sprocket is BS. I ended up having to bore mine out to get it work because no Saw shops heard of these and carried no other style sprockets. Putting it together was trial error just like yours and it took way longer then it should have

How to access SD card reader on this lcd shield? I have SD library but it requires MISO, MOSI, CS, CLK, but in your table there are not these pins.

great job. this should have been done by the manufacturer who sells these under false pretext that they work with existing configurations. cheers. links dont work.

I made it work by commenting line 79 (U8GLIB_ST7920_128X64_RRD u8g(0);) in dogm_lcd_implementation.h and adding following line below it (this is taken from this TH-cam video already mentioned in my first post). U8GLIB_ST7920_128X64_1X u8g(23, 17, 16); // SPI Com: SCK = en = 23, MOSI = rw = 17, CS = di = 16

I make it work commenting this line in ultralcd_impl_DOGM.h (Marlin 1.1.x) //U8GLIB_ST7920_128X64_RRD u8g(0); // Number of stripes can be adjusted in ultralcd_st7920_u8glib_rrd.h with PAGE_HEIGHT And adding this line: U8GLIB_ST7920_128X64_1X u8g(23, 17, 16); // SPI Com: SCK = en = 23, MOSI = rw = 17, CS = di = 16 To get back to older displays (whit inverted colors for selected line) I commented in Configuration_adv.h //#define XYZ_HOLLOW_FRAME //#define MENU_HOLLOW_FRAME

In Marlin 1.1.9, if you go to the "pins_RAMPS.h" page, then scroll down/search until you find #if ENABLED(REPRAPWORLD_GRAPHICAL_LCD) . change the pin numbers from the existing - // #define LCD_PINS_RS 49 // CS chip select /SS chip slave select // #define LCD_PINS_ENABLE 51 // SID (MOSI) // #define LCD_PINS_D4 52 // SCK (CLK) clock to the numbers identified by zeeproduction in the video as follows- #define LCD_PINS_RS 16 // CS chip select /SS chip slave select #define LCD_PINS_ENABLE 17 // SID (MOSI) #define LCD_PINS_D4 23 // SCK (CLK) clock Then in Configuration.h, in the "LCD / Controller Selection (Graphical LCDs)", Uncomment "#define REPRAP_DISCOUNT_FULL_GRAPHIC_SMART_CONTROLLER". I've spent literally four and a half hours at this, and this is what finally cracked it! Thanks zeeproduction for reverse-engineering the pinout, your graphics test probably stopped me from throwing the damn thing out of the window!

Short update to my previous comment: on my Full Graphics Smart Controller the Beeper and the BTN-ENC signals are swapped. Beeper goes to D37 and BTN-ENC is connected to D35

Good info for doing it at home. Same technique used in the field to repair belts until a manufactured belt can be on hand. The pros use a very precise jig and the pins and adhesives are specifically made for this process. BUT! For the price of the jig tool and consumables you could order 1000 custom belts in the size you need. I’m going to try this to see how well it works just for fun, we’ll just incase actully😉

So there is another solution. The serial ports are soldered in upside down. You grind down the tab off on the serial cable plugs and put them in the opposite direction. Either on the ramps board or the monitor, not both. You do this for both EXP1 & EXP2
