I have an iPhone sir and No problems with bluetooth connection. Try holding the Multifunction button and Power button until you hear "Bluetooth pairing"

The video is ass and you can’t read the screens… also, both of my devices will skip over “icom pairing” I told my wife she wasted $150 on the Amazon 2 pack… I thought these were like $30 units because that’s the quality they present.
Followed this no connection between the pair. Factory reset them both tried again still nothing :( sucks they look good too

@@ShiLong-bq7wg I finally got them to pair after 3 factory resets now they work perfect lol. Idk what the initial issues were but now that they work I can say they sound good. The audio quality is perfect can hear my gf no issues on highway.

I'm from Slovakia, we bought 4 new pieces of Gearelec GX12, which is quite a high order, the manufacturer misleads about the range and the quality of the call, the real range in an open environment is barely up to 100 m, on one motorcycle, the rider and passenger cannot hear each other even at a speed of 40 km. the Gearelec service is unprofessional and does not know/does not want to express himself clearly about the mentioned matter, it is not a cheap device, I am even more angry, I absolutely do not recommend buying any device from this brand!

Can I talk while in music sharing mode on gx10?
you can not
Very low speaker sound when in Intercom mode in gx10 units. Very disappointing.
My G-max is so hard to connect to intercom, they just stuck at standby and just a beep,
How many Gmax units are you connected to?
I have the same problem and I only have 1 set and I can music share but getting them to intercom is being a severe pain in the ass
