Everything we do touches the life of someone. It is easy to forget the impact of our actions, and at times, the irreversable consequencies of a thoughtless decision. Each day our lives are fundamentally reliant on the well-being of those we share this world, it is how we evolved as a species, and too easy to forget.

How to make a table lamp from a Magnum Champagne bottle - Creative paint effects - Part One

Watch Tony make a rather unusual table lamp from the various scrap items he found lurking in the darkest corners of his shed. He even shows you how to drill through glass! You may even want to make a Champagne table lamp yourself after watching this. Tony loves a challenge, and is always happy to take on a project that tests his creative skills. The result is always a surpise. Making weird and ...

A cheap an' easy way to make six bottles of wine from a carton of fruit juice - Home brewing ideas
มุมมอง 3314 ปีที่แล้ว
Watch the introduction to our channel, and our very first video: How to make six bottles of delicious white wine from a one litre carton of fruit juice and five inexpensive wine making ingredients. We've even included some out-takes just for fun. Home made wine is environmentally friendly too. Empty bottles are no longer discarded, just make another batch of wine!
A true story that gave me goosebumps. More people should be watching this. Brilliant.
Excellent video. I'm certainly going to give it a go. Love those out-takes 😆
Thanks a lot for the detailed information, just ordered the equipment you mentioned and looking forward to giving it a shot 😊 You both are lovely and great at what you do so keep up the great work 👏👌 Perhaps you could come up with your own recipes and a brand 😊 You never know but if ... 🤞
you did the two steps less than optimally. You sucked on the siphoning tube, that is unhygienic. you siphoned the wine by not putting the end of the hose to bottom, that increases risk of oxidation.
Bit harsh. I'd suck on the tube, most would if you were making it for yourself. I thought he kept the tube away from the bottom to stop the sediment being taken up. Why would it increase the risk of oxidization?
Awesome 👏 thank you
Yes, write a children's book! Yes, write a trilogy! Yes, write a story seen through the eyes of a woman and yes steer clear of the bad language!!!! No I didn't cry at the end of your first book, I sobbed uncontrollably!!!!!
Then, I shall do all of the above! (Apart from the cry bit - Done that already) Thanks Kate x
It's great to hear about processes & routines from a successful author. I was particularly interested in the question about dreams - for me memorable books often pop up in my dreams. Looking forward to part 2.
Lovely comment, Kate. Thanks for watching x
Great insight into your writing! I have enjoyed reading two of your books so far and looking forward to reading the next one!👍
Thanks Helen. I'll have to get this next one out as soon as I can so you can add it to the list. Thanks for watching x
I find this so very inspiring and encouraging for anyone who desires to try something new. As demonstrated here, the passion leads the process, don't get too caught up in insecurities - just do it! It is enough to do it for yourself - but a definite bonus when you can share it with others. Well done!
I wish I had the talent to write a good book! Your interview is inspiring and makes me appreciate even more all the hard work, passion and perseverance that is needed to create a novel! Really looking forward to reading your next one😁
Thanks Tracey. I really do appreciate your support. I shall expect to see a book from you soon! x
Of course you have the talent Helen. Write a story around what you know best and see where it leads. Great comment x
Ohhhh, I'm loving this so much, great questions and a terrific insight into a writer's creative process. And there's more... I'm excited to be starting Part Two :)!
I'm glad you liked it Tracey. (There may even be a part three in the pipeline!) Thanks for watching x
Lovely to see you Tony. Great interviewer too ;) really enjoyed the questions and the honest answers. Super.
Thanks Polly. The interviewer was the real star, it would have been rubbish without her! x
See, I wish I would have started this with you - then I'd have some lovely bubbly to look forward to. Alas, I am a riveted bystander!
Thanks for watching Tracey. Bottling soon!!
Damn, Tony...another fabulous idea!
Hiya Tracey, I'm glad you liked it. Our next video will be a bit of a surprise - so keep watching!
That's really got my imagination going! Thank you. Just a couple of questions... Is that pvc glue like school glue or like wood glue? The other question is... What are the essential tools you think every DIYer should have? And what tools do you use the most? Maybe a few questions to mull over for a future vid maybe (I'm not expecting an answer like now lol). Take care 😊
Hiya Polly. Thanks for watching. The PVA glue I use is for wood. Good question about the tools, I might use that idea for a future video. The power of TH-cam eh?
I absolutely love it!! And I want one😀
Thanks Helen. Now's your chance to have one. Find those tools, search the shed for wood, and drag out those dusty books and you'll soon have one of your own! Keep watchin'
Riveting! Bring on part 2....! xox
Thank you Tracey. It's already done and out there. Enjoy!
