Otelin alanı büyük və yeşillikdir. Genellikle temiz bir alan. Servis ve hizmet yapan elemanlar çok hoş və yardımsevər. Odalar normal olaraq isteyinize uyğun temizleniyor. Buna rağmen oteldə bir çok olumsuzluqlar var: Restorandan başlayalım: 1. Əğər günlük yeməyinizdə sığır və ya kuzu etine tercih ediyorsanızsa, o zaman ac kalma şansınız çok büyük. Çünki tavuk və balık yeməkdən bıkacaksınız. Sığır və kuzu ətindən hazırlanmış yeməklər çok az oranda servis ediliyor. 2. Sabah yeməklərində hiç bir farklı menu yok, her gün aynı yeməklər servis ediliyor. 3. Yemek türleri çok az. 4. Ana restoranda kola, fanta, ayran və ya meyve suyunu almaq için quyruk büyük. Çünki bunun için ayrıca bir servis elemanı ayırmışlar.Abi, al bir makina dök kola və ya diger içeceyi makinanın içine bırak müşteri kendine servis yapsın. Yoksa yemək soyuyor kolanı alınca)) Geçelim Hovuza: Hovuz güzel, amma hovuzun ne zaman temizlendiyi belli diyil. Biliyorum, hovuz günlük olaraq kendi-kendine temizleniyor. Amma havuzun zeminde “bin” tana şey buldum, ayağımın altı resmen toprak ve ya ne biliyim ne. Bir tane temizle robotu al, burak suya, bırak akşamdan sabaha kadar havuzun zeminini temzilesin. Havuz suyuna klor dökülüb-dökülmemesi ile ilgili bir bilgim yok. Sol kulağım infeksion kaptı və “otit” oldu. 50 dollar masraf yapdım. Çoçuğum karnına kurt düşdü ve hastalandı ve şu anda tedavi oluyor. Havuzun haftada bir defa temizlemenizi ve iyice klorlamanızı rica ediyorum. Gün içinde 300 ve ya daha çok kişi havuza giriyor. Hiç kimse havuza kirmezden önce duş almıyor(çünki bununla ilgili bilgilendirme tablosu yok varsa da görünen yerde diyil). Beden yağlı-yağlı havuza giriyorlar ve buna kontrol yok. Geçelim barlara: Barlarda servis yapılan alkollu içiçeklerde alkol görmedim. Yani 3 “shot” tequila içdim bir tık olmadı. Bira içiyorum hiç bir şey olmuyor. Ya alkol pahalı da yani bu alkol içiceyine bu kadar su katmanız ve tasarruf etmənizi size hiç yakıştıramadım. Tüm bunlara rağmen 5 puanlamadan 2 puan veriyorum. Arkadaşlarıma tavsiyede yalnız başqa seçecenek kalmadığı takdirde ederdim.

@@lukelofe2398 dear, you think you are going to a magnific resort for relax, but there you are a prey for this unscrupulous criminals. unscrupulous. Once you are there they will pressure you to adquire a very vantajous holiday plan for 30 years, in a timeshare scam. Most timeshare contracts are being misrepresented. One of the most common scams at the moment of purchase is that Royal Holiday’s sales person will make you any verbal promise to get you to sign their contract, however the contract clearly states that any verbal promise made by the sales associated are invalid unless those promises are establish within the contract. Royal Holiday promise one of the best customer service for their members, this only happens if the current member is calling to make a payment and if you have any questions or concerns about your membership the associated is more likely to tell you they will send you all the information over email (well sit thigh because this email will never arrive). The most common answer to any unhappy member at Royal Holiday is to Upgrade your membership no matter what is that you are unhappy about and you end up paying more for a membership you weren’t happy to begin with. Booking with Royal Holiday is another issue, at the sales’ pitch, they promise you can travel anywhere at any time you want. This is very untrue, it all depend what points you buy and unfortunate they will always sell you the small point package so at the time you realize you need more points, you will need to upgrade and pay even more money to them. Most Royal Holiday’s Sales are done outdoors or other locations that aren’t Royal Holiday’s Sales office, as a “courtesy” from them, they will let you purchase and sign their contract at the spot, “hey! You wouldn’t miss the opportunity of a lifetime, right?” So by this the sales associated will briefly explain you the contract as their convenient, probably letting out important information to you. Some sales associated opt for sending all the documents to your home, mean while you enjoy of your holidays or vacations, by the time you get home and read careful the contract you realize your purchase is not what you though It was and even worse realize your recession period is over. Royal Holiday sales associate tells you are doing a great investment in real estate, another huge lie, timeshare is not nor an investment or real estate, you are leasing a hotel room for a period of time once a year, and therefore you do not own the hotel. It is not an investment because there is not market for resale or renting out your unit therefore no profit. And you have to pay for it, anyway, every year, using or not.

Did You stay for 4 hours locked in a room being pressed to buy vacation plans that they said were very advantageous for you but actually if you make the accounts would see that they are more expensive than normal vacations? Their hotels are no problem, the problem is the Royal Holiday, the company itself, their attempt to sell this damn time sharing in the lobby of the hotel, inviting you to breakfeasts. They applied this same con trick in several countries and then they disappear with the money of the people, people trust them and they do that. They aplly this same trick country by country, like a plague of locusts.

Не рекомендую этот и отелем не назову.Пансион.Многие потом разочарованны после него.Весь отдых на смарку.Мы были в этом 2018 году в июле.Людиии Вы знаете чем вас там кормят?Это не еда.И по этому потом все туристы в больницах .Ужас.Переплатите немного отель и на много в лучшем месте проведете отпуск.Мы тоже так попались.Скупой платит дважды.
