Ariel was born in Taiwan and moved to the San Francisco Bay Area with her parents in 2012. She began piano studies at age of 8 with Megan Chen and continued with Daniel Cheng. Now she studies with Sandra Wright Shen.

Nice playing & performance 😍
It's very well played! Your speed was right on the mark and your articulation on fast notes by right hand was excellent, both of which supposedly should yield great clarity to your music. You actually don't need sustain pedal for every sextuplet, in particular the lower half of the chromatic scale descents. Otherwise over-sustained bass notes are going to make too much resonance and make your music very murky, which defeats the purpose of your wonderful speed and excellent articulation. Look up a short Winterwind clip from Arthur Rubinstein, and see if you agree with him. 👍❤
