Is it safe for the eyes if I have to remove acne scar on the Temple ? Thanks
I can’t find any after pics of knees done. I’m assuming they aren’t very successful since there are so few.
why so complicated
Hello, I used hyaluronidase 1500 ui MCCM in powder mix with 1 ml of saline but after 2 days, i don’t have a result of dissolution , what is the problem? It’s for dissolve 1,5 ml of stylage M on lips.
It depends on how much volume/units you actually injected. You would need about 500 units of hyaluronidase to dissolve 1.5ml of Stylage M. If it is had not made any difference, I would check that the hyaluronidase is the correct drug, obtained from a reputable pharmacy and is in date and has been stored correctly as I suspect it has lost its potency.
Was there liquid or powder in that ampoule? I bought hyaluronidase, but it is liquid, should I mix it with saline? I have a 5ml made in Spain brand MCCM.
Hyalase (available in the UK) is a powder that needs reconstituting with saline or water, the products that come as a liquid formulation are generally only for mesotherapy and not suitable for dissolving hyaluronic acid fillers.
Can distilled water be used?
Water for injection can be used for reconstitution, however it is a lot more painful than using bacteriostatic or normal saline.
I love it and I am interested where are you located Doctor
Hi. Is the use of filter needles required to draw up with glass ampoules, in case of glass particles being injected into the body?
Where are the pictures of the final outcome
is this laser safe to use in my upper lidlid without making me blind?
He used it on the upper eyelids, an eye shield might have been used
This conference was so informative with great advice from the experts. Would highly recommend to practitioners as it covers so many potential complications in our industry!
and the Results?????
Mey I know the name of your Anesthetic please
Can't get it right just keep poking poor lady
I understand if diluted in 5ml in 0.1ml there is 30 uI, so in 0.2ml there is 60uI and if diluted in 10 ml there is 15 uI in 0.1ml and 60uI in 0.2ml
I was thinking on similar lines
So what happens to the loose skin after you pulled the thread up?? We didn't get to see that
I'd love to see some before and afters of this used with cavitation. What does the cavitation do?
👏👏👏👏👏
Quite a lot of puckering....
Can this remove seborrheic dermatitis?
What if i have 150 IU in one vial?
Wheres the before and after pics
The results were so good that you didn't share an after picture of the client sitting up. Hm...
This is so fraud
Iv had this im 3 weeks after the 2nd injection and dont see any difference
Great video, Question, are you using a blunt cannula or the long sharp needle?
That’s a cannula for fanning.
With this technic you wouldn't come near my skin thats for sure !!!
What technique do you recommend? What was he doing differently here? Thanks for your answer
Exelent🙏
That’s Crazy i could never let anyone stick a long needle in me like that no sir ree
You need to show before and after ! And this lady was left with wrinkled puckered skin on her upper cheek. She was too old for this procedure in my opinion !
Is this cream available in the USA?
No thanks....🥴🥴🥴🥴🥴
It does hurt... but not for long.
Was the pain woth it though?
No before and after pictures????
Can I store a vial away and reuse after its mixed ?
No you can't, you need to refer to the SmPC for correct storage and disposal (www.medicines.org.uk/emc/product/1505)
The air inside the syringe at 1:22 can cause air embolism !!!
Murylo Batista I thought I was the only one who saw that 😧
@@Happiest2love2024 I avoided this company only because of this video
"It's not for the reason most people think. An air bubble in an insulin syringe poses no direct health threat. If you inject air into your body along with your insulin, it won't kill you because you are injecting the insulin into the fat layer under the skin, not directly into a vein." ....
This is only relevant if injecting into the vein
Yes it’s hurt! And swell up!
Hinidase injection Kish kam ata hai
Seetram Singh dissolving dermal filler
To hell
Can any saline solution be used? And also, can the Hyaluronidase solution be used again once mixed if stored in fridge?
Use isotonic saline. Less painful.
No noto la diferencia de estiramiento 🙄😾
It hurts like hell.
Was the pain woth it though?
What a dumb video not to show her after
Because she look like hell where those skin folds bunched up at the ear when the threads were pulled!!
No before and after? Why not?
She had HUGE WRINKLES BUNCHED UP at the East where the threads pulled up so much skin!
Is there any contraindications of hyaluronidase?
A history of allergic reaction to wasp or bee stings represents an increased risk of allergic reaction to hyaluronidase and should be considered as a relative contra-indication37,38 as the venom of stinging insects may contain hyaluronidase and this mechanism may be the source of sensitisation in affected individuals13. Unless there is a past medical history of allergic reaction or anaphylaxis to hyaluronidase or insect bites, previous history of allergy seems unrelated for the administration of hyaluronidase39 and it can be safely performed. Drug interactions The most common interactions occur with furosemide, benzodiazepines, phenytoin, dopamine and α-adrenergic agonists so it is important to obtain a medical history. Although interactions are not particularly significant, it is best to avoid if possible. Several drugs act as antagonists to hyaluronidase including anti-inflammatory drugs (such as ibuprofen, aspirin, diclofenac), anti-histamines, mast cell stabilisers, Vitamin C, flavonoids and anti-oxidants3. Higher doses or repeated treatments may be required with concomitant use of these medicines28. Where possible, patients should be advised to stop taking non-prescribed medication in advance of treatment.
Where are the before and after shots??
