This SESSION helped me up my STRIKE RATE
In todays session We did a 50 ball set where we focused on a few small things. We wanted to do some smaller movements to keep our head more still. We wanted to focus on playing the ball late and letting it come to us. And finally we wanted to work on our gap and field manipulation.

The last cricket game I played was after a 16 year break. The first 4 balls I delivered destroyed 4 wickets and the next one i stepped on the line. The 5th ball destroyed another batsmans stumps . so 5 for 0. I immediately retired after that game
