Glock G44 - This thing is SWEET!!
Testing our Glock G44 with our Nelson Precision Manufacturing, LLC. EDC slide. We're using a holosun 507k red dot. All the internals are stock, including the recoil spring assembly. We ran 200 rounds at a time only stopping to reload the mags. We ran a total of 600 rounds through it...it ran great for being so friggin dirty. The promags would probably run fine in semi auto....they're hit and miss.

@nelsonprecisionmfg how can I get that slide it's like butter 🧈 😭
need a wind sock bad lol
@@MeTheTherapist it was super windy that day.
@@nelsonprecisionmfg while i got you here will any of the g44 optic cut slides accept the burris fastfire 3? Appreciate it!
@ sorry. Non of our slides will accept the Burris FastFire 3.
If someone wanted that ...they buy the ruger.
thank you for your opinion.
Great video. Thanks
I’m getting it for my birthday.
Very interesting! Is it possible to buy this in Germany?
@@HansWurst-x5d if I could find someone to import them, that would be amazing.
@@nelsonprecisionmfg I will ask my local gun-broker here next time
What’s making it go burr?
The auto sear. It’s full auto or nothing 💪🇺🇸
Also have you tried the binary G Flex trigger out yet? I’ve seen people running the Gen 5 triggers in the G44 with some modifications but those work as well.
We haven’t. I’ve never really cared for them. I had a weird experience with a friends binary trigger back in the day…so I’ve stayed away from them since.😅
This is awesome. My Promag 18 rounder does the same thing, sometimes when I down load them to 15 rounds they work better but still overall stink, I wish someone other than Promag made some alternate magazines for the G44.
Yeah. If I down load my 18 round mag to 15 rounds it runs okay. I haven’t tested the 25 round mags other than this outing…maybe the springs just need to be broken in. I’ve seen people run em with good luck. I’ve wanted to make a drum mag for the 44 for a while…but all my friends talk me out of it because “they say no one will buy em” 🤷♂️
@@nelsonprecisionmfg I’ve seen the GSG 22 drum magazines modified for multiple firearms. I have the 10/22 version but have seen multiples for other firearms. I think you could modify those to work with some serious effort but would reduce costs a lot if you used an existing platform.
So crazy had to try and watch at 0.25 play back speed
@@ShutterShooterMedia it’s rate of fire is like 1800 rounds a minute
like that slide color pal.
Thanks dude! Its burnt bronze anodize.
Wish yall would keep stuff in stock 😒
What adapter did you use to install the red dot. Also what name brand or sear do you recommend. I’ve already given them aholes 200 for a suppressor stamp. Might as well give them another 200 to really have fun and be legal about it 😢😢😂😂
@@cademmo our slide is direct milled for Holosun 407k/507k/Sig Sauer Romeo Zero optics as well as the Trijicon RMR. Unfortunately you cant own a sear for your g44. Only way to get one is to be an SOT.
It's not $200 for a switch, closer to $2.5k and you have to have a shop and be in the suppressor manufacturing business (that's the cheapest way, at least). You'll need an FFL-7, then upgrade from the Sot-3 to Sot-2, pay ITAR, pass the ATF interview/inspection, and make sure your house/shop is properly zoned for commercial/business purposes. It's a lot, but absolutely doable if you're committed and serious.
What's an SOT ?@@nelsonprecisionmfg
@@Papote44 a special license to be able to manufacture cool stuff like machine guns.
Hell yes

@@nelsonprecisionmfg if you ever need a tester in indiana, i volunteer lol
thanks to Nelson Precision glock 44 slides and recoil rods i have true glock perfection with my 44's !!!!! wish i could have that set up in NY, lol, the land of cuomonism on steroids with tyrant queen HUCKul at the helm !!!
It is neat. I’m sure there’s good aspects to having the rail go that long. I know it’s got a the action on the bottom so that should be covered, it just looks hard to hold without an additional foregrip
For anyone who might be confused. The Glock G44 is chambered in .22lr. Glock likes to be confusing like that. For instance, the Glock 40 is 10mm. If you want 40 cal. You need a Glock 23. It's rediculous
No. It's logical. The models numbers are the order in which the patents were granted.
@midwestlr1 sure, I understand it and you understand it and if you are educated in such things it makes sense but to most people it's just confusing. They could have come up with a better system
Just planning out the development and release order a bit better would've easily fixed it. G22 is 40cal, G25 is 380/38auto, G30 isn't 30 cal but 45acp, G38 is fricken 45GAP not 380 or 38super, G35 is another missed opportunity because it's 40cal instead of 357sig, G40 is actually correct being in 10mm (40cal), but the G44 is 22lr and the G45 is in 9mm. It's a mess.
Hey, do you have a storefront in Tucson? I used to live there for 5 years back when I was a university student and still go down to Tucson regularly. I would love to see your shop and possibly buy something in person if that is an option. Also, would you consider making an MP5 lower that takes AR fire control groups similar to the Lee Sporting Lower that is currently out to market?
We don't have a store front. You're welcome to come by, but we are open by appointment only.
that is sweet brother.
Thanks dude! It ran so nice!
Would love to do this but online they are sold out. Doesn’t seem to be a way to order
We're taking pre orders now. If you're interested in picking one up.
The first story must be a joke
the fastest pistol is the glock 44 with the full auto switch attached to it shoots the same fire rate as the mg42
Dude just got my Glock 44 today and man dude that slide looks bad ass dude. I’m definitely going to have to pick that and the optic up 100%
Have you considered making a Titanium slide?
We did until we quoted the material. lol
@@nelsonprecisionmfg I would still buy a titanium one if it was under 500 bucks
Hipoint called it wants its handguard back
Can you custom logo the blank slide?
We can. There is an additional charge for artwork and setting up on the laser.
Front handle straight out of GWOT
Grandpas gone tactical 😂
LOL 😊
He definitely cncd a aluminum incognito sear

“Take my card or I’ll shoot” 😂

I wonder if they're considered 80% lowers
What fillament? Have you thought about sla printing instead of FDM?
Is that an extendorated clip on an assault weapon with a brace that makes it 50 cal, and a rocket firing shoulder thingy that goes up? I've heard they shoot people when they're unloaded
Best science experiment in America 🇺🇸 lol
We try 💪😎
The inside is perfect tho
The inside is beautiful, that’s for sure 💪
Just sand down the lower part youll be okay
Merica!
Hope this is for cosplay with those plastic rails and locking block 😮
It isn’t being used for anything. It just a sample print for proof of concept and checking the printer’s accuracy.
Go ahead and print to your hearts desires.. but for the LOVE of GOD would you people STOP posting this shit on the Internet?? You're only helping to make sure this right gets taken away from us by showing off to laymen, out of context, how "simple" it is for 14 year old kids to "make" their own untraceable ghost pew in their mom's basement. which is what the anti-pew lobby wants the general public to believe! Don't feed them more so called "proof".
Good for you. Go into setting and make your support structure more a dense infill and high-resolution. Itll add some time, but the undersides are nicer. Good jobs friend.
I’ll have to definitely mess with settings. This was just printed with the default setting for PLA-Mat. Never really messed with a 3D printer before.
Your print has added internal parts in the print lol.
Do you mean because it has the rails?
@@nelsonprecisionmfg yeah the internal rails are plastic. Not smart.
@@johnredcorn5980 OH, yeah. I know the rails would never hold up. This was never intended to be turned into a functional firearm.
Your temps look a little bit low, try like 10 degrees hotter
Will do! Thanks
Dont shoot it. That frame will fail and the slide is coming straight for your face.
Yeah so are you using tree supports if use orca slicer instead of cura or use Prusa slicer my guy and use snug supports it will make it harder to remove supports but will make it look better
material looks weak i would not shoot it. i love my hand
It feels as solid if not more solid as a factory frame. I did not print this to try and shoot it. It was printed as a proof of concept to see how well the details come out and to check the accuracy of the printer
