OCR A A Level PAG 5.2 - we use the Benedict's test for reducing sugars on a range of known glucose concentrations that we make by doing a serial dilution, and analyse them for transmission of red light in a colourimeter. With this data, we plot a calibration curve. We then use the graph to read, using transmission, the glucose concentration of our unknown sample.
