Doe this this also fit the facelift DCT's?
Is this video with all the inserts inserted
Yes, it is.
They should have come split in half like they use to be. This is incredibly expensive bush and if you pay mechanic to fit it it is not worth at all. It comes cheaper to install full brand new arm.
They don't handle the load as well when split, hence changing the design. Fitting a new aftermarket arm may be cheaper, but the bush won't perform like ours and you'll be replacing it again fairly soon as the rubber will deteritate very quickly, so it's a false economy.
Great job. Where is that garage?
Central Garage Paulton www.centralgarage-paulton.co.uk/
Hey Nice job, do you have the réf of the kit please ? It’s for the 2.0 jtd but i think it’s the same . Thank you .
Please have a look at our web page for your vehicle. www.powerflex.co.uk/products/Giulietta+940+%282010+-%29-3195/1.html This gives information on part numbers, prices and qty's, whilst showing the location of each bush. The prices shown on our website are per bush. To get the total pack price you will need to multiply this price by the number of bushes per vehicle i.e. Bush Price x Qty Per Car = Pack Price Where there is more than one size option i.e. for the anti-roll bars you will need to measure the originals in order to ensure the correct fit. You will be able to order these parts through one of our network of distributors listed on our website. www.powerflex.co.uk/distributors
Where can we find the tools, that you guys used to push in those bushings?
I bought powerflex engine mount and it made my car extremely uncomfortable to drive because of the strong vibration in the hole car even the steering wheel vibrates horribly. They don’t accept returns don’t buy powerflex!
It's a performance Engine Mount, that's nearly 200% stiffer than OE. Did you research this prior to purchasing and installing? Which one did you buy, the Road or Black Series version? Did you remove the PU tuning pins? Ultimately an increase in NVH, usually at idle, should be expected when stiffening the connecting mount between the engine/transmission and chassis. The harder the material used, the greater the NVH transmitted. We wouldn't accept a return on a part that's been fitted and used, I'm afraid. Please email us at sales@powerflex.co.uk if you would like to discuss this further.
It makes the car dangerous to drive because of how strong vibrations transfer to the entire car. In the discription it says a small increase in NVH which is not true! In reality it’s a super increase in NVH so strong that I hade to install old part back back and now it’s back to normal very pleasant drive. Once you install the part they don’t take returns which is not fair because it does not make any sense to have a part that makes it uncomfortable and dangerous to drive and it’s not as described it’s way more than 20% NVH it’s more like 100% increase in NVH!!! I want my refund
What is its benefit?
It explains this in the information above, Khalid. More information can be found here, however. www.powerflex.co.uk/blog/nl2024-07-porsche-bolt-on-jack-pad

Er, no grease on those bushes? They’ll squeak like crazy otherwise ..
We don't recommend applying grease between the body of the bush and the arm, only the inner bore of the bush and outer faces where the sleeve rotates.
I literally cannot find this part anywhere, your website is broken for me and my usual guys don't seem to carry it.
I'm sorry to hear this. If you could email our sales team letting them know which part you require and what country you are in to sales@powerflex.co.uk, they will be able to advise on the current stock holding and which dealer would be best to purchase from. Thanks.

I emailed them wiling to book it in and they weren't interested. Said something about how they weren't doing it for many months or something like that . I thought ' Ok your loss'.
i want to go and raise the car ever so slightly so australian roads dont hurt it so much, best way to go about it. strut spacers?
Strut spacers aren't something we have experience with on this model I'm afraid. You'll have to have a look online for someone that makes them to be sure.
Any durability or squeak issues with the street version?
Looks smart ☺
Something to add to the shopping list for next season! 😀
Is there a reason not to replace all the bushes front and back, but just these?
I'm also wondering the same question. Did you find the answer?
@@cadenguyen463 No. I suppose the car would be very stiff, also some bushes do not impact the handling so much, maybe this was the reason.
@@BojanBojovic I''m about to install coilovers..and was thinking of having this done at the same time..but I'm worried the coilovers + bushings together might make the car too stiff
There's no camber or caster adjustment originally at the front. The bushes allow that, so if you do lower you can adjust it
what's the torque spec for the dog bone?

I have purchased a few Powerflex bushes for my T4. So far I have bought the bushes for front upper arms F+R, front lower arms F+R, front ARB and rear trailing arms inner and outer. Just need the front ARB drop link poly bushes and then find somewhere to get them all fitted. The garage in the video look like they know their stuff, not local to me though, about 90 miles away but could be worth the trip.
Does the PFF26-125 front poly mount work for a '22 Elantra N DCT? I have a SXTH lower engine mount but still get wheel hop. Thanks
Please email sales@powerflex.co.uk with your enquiry and one of our team will gladly assist 📧👨🏻💻👍🏻
What is that long metal bar you used to remove the ball joint?
It wasn't supplied by us so know very little about it or who it's made by but it's a wishbone lever bar. I found this online shop.mueller-werkzeug.com/en/suspension/mueller-432900-universal-axle-bar.html which appears to be similar if not the same, but there are others available on eBay and Amazon.
Hi so my current aftermarket exhaust bangs on my fuel tank bcuz of clearance issues which cannot be solved without messing with the mandrel bends. Im currently using stock rubber mounts which allow the movement causing my knock. So in terms of flex are powerflex bushes alot stiffer and do the react better to exhaust temperatures as rubber softens with heat which increases movement.
You can find out more about our universal range of exhaust mounts on our website www.powerflex.co.uk/products/EXHAUST+MOUNTS-2618/1.html. I hope this helps.
Good job lads. Need to turn down that music though can barely hear you in some bits.
Fair point and good feedback. I'll let our creator know for future videos. Thanks.

What's the cost of having it shipped to Nigeria 🇳🇬, West Africa 🌍?
Awesome video!!
So, why do you only provide the 0.00000000001 oz. packet of this really cheap lubrication with all of your really expensive bushings?
We actually supply 5ml sachets with our parts which is plenty if used correctly hence the instructional video. It is our own formulated PTFE/Silicone grease that compliments our products and is supplied in convenient teartop tubes, so far from being really cheap. Cheap would be to supply a completely inappropriate grease, just because of the price.
Nice truck 🛻
Jolie travail je suit un mécanicien
Are you developing an insert for the big bushing of the rear longitudinal J shaped arm?
Although not immediately, we will be introducing rear bushes for the GR Yaris when demand and vehicle age dictates. I would imagine that we will produce a full bush for the rear trailing arm rather than an insert, however.
@@PowerflexSuspensionBushes I was asking because ,even if new, the rear front longitudinal arm bush is very soft and so a solid one would be a good option. There are already pillowballs available though.
@@flylower Thank you for the feedback, I shall pass this onto our Development Team for their consideration.
Can you report back on NVH increase from the inserts? And how effective are they? I managed to slightly damage the stock lower mount within 8000km and have since fitted a Cusco item. The Cusco mount made high RPM shifting an accuracy dream as stock the amount of movement made the internal workings feel stressed, yet the NVH levels are borderline. Also can you discuss the castor bushes for effect? Will they have any type of anti lift effect like solid urethane types would? Or because they are a ball in a cup would that negate that effect? In Australia initially we were only offered the convenience pack, circuit pack (called Rallye here) was hinted but not promised at that point so many of us are jammed with softer roll bars and no LSD. Power under steer is so incredibly bad it could convince one to sell the car. An anti lift product would be really nice while still enjoying the plushness of the OEM shocks.
During the development of the Yaris engine mount inserts we trialed several iterations to achieve reduced engine movement within bearable levels of NVH increase. Naturally by reducing the movement in each mount some additional vibration is added, again with increased hardness in material more vibration can be expected. With this in mind we aim our yellow 70A inserts towards fast road based drivers. Our caster increase bushes enable +/- 0.5-1deg adjustment and increase vertical stiffness by 250%. These combine for improved handling and reduced suspension movement during loading. These bushes along with the engine mount inserts have been tested in road and track conditions by high profile UK tuning companies. Best regards Sam Edwards ~ Head of Design & Development
@@PowerflexSuspensionBushes thanks Sam, very helpful. So that’s 250% stiffer to sweep the arm up and down?
Jason, have you checked the allignment on the front end, my circuit pack was washing out and since changing to approx 2.25-2.5 front camber with new bolt config from Toyota it has meant I can brake later and power through corner alot more efficiently without major understeer.
@@campbellmacfarlane00 yes, you’re right. Initially I tried the car completely stock and then with just RS4 tyres (major improvement over the dunflops). During our delta outbreak I got my hands on the DNA racing camber tops and have done a few days with 3.1 degrees and one with 2.75, the later was exchanging camber for castor (that’s the way the bushing works) and that has made all the difference. I’m actually keen to find more dynamic camber and wind my static back a little further again. I think where you are currently will be my next step and I’ll try get more castor again with an LCA bush. More dynamic and less static is what I’m thinking will be best. Cheers!
