I have swam open water summertime in the Netherlands and Germany. I've never used wetsuits. But I think more preferable locations that have toilet facilities and changing rooms and a cafe. A couple of euro worth the luxury.

Get a spray bottle with soapy water. Spray legs and viole! Why struggle. So youre basically showing divers what not to do.

Great bag! Lots of room and just seems super simple and effective. There seems to be a lot of bags out there that just have way too many pockets and flaps but this seems to have a great balance. I got the grey/blue colour one and I'd highly recommend it

Loved this video info and we love your towelling robes 😍Unfortunately had to send back your changing robe like the one you got hanging on the door behind you as arms a foot too long on me 😂 shame. I been swimming up to a few weeks back in our harbour,but then I been starting to get bad pain as too cold as I been going in harbour all year for that very reason as it numbs it. So not sure if should try again or there is a limit to how cold if you have a pain condition and I have metal in my leg too so? But definitely agree the mental health aspect is amazing too 😃 just feel so good afterwards!

Brilliant Video, I love seashell what they stand for community and the outdoors. And I love My Seashell robe, it comes everywhere with me. I also liked how friendly, kind and welcoming they have been all to us when we have attended their events. I'm also so grateful 🙏 to them,because due to a free paddleboarding session I went along too which was always on my bucket list, I ended up investing in one through David and now one of my dreams is my reality, paddleboarding in the most beautiful places and taking the time out of for ME.
