    the way the dwp are hoodwinking claimants back in to work is through referrals to outside organisations how ever claimants are not under obligation to do any 12 month programes if a claimant does not wish to work due to health issues then they must keep puting fit notes in they cant force you back in to work if you put a fit note in

    i wanted to take a moment to acknowledge your efforts here and say that i greatly respect what you're doing and the work it sounds like you're putting in. that takes a lot of strength and courage. i'm sure one day you'll look back on these videos and feel very strong, even if you don't now. one thing i wanted to comment on is that I too feel the sort of alienation you talk about here when I go out. I know that you said you weren't quite able to express it fully, but from what I heard I can definitely empathize. I suppose I say this just so the next time you feel that aloneness you can remember there are others who feel that way too (hell maybe even someone out there right now!) and that makes you not so alone. And hell, I get overwhelmed by those feelings sometimes too. The feelings can take us away from the experience, but i hope they don't need to detract too greatly from it all for you. I hope knowing that can maybe be grounding. thanks for sharing your feelings. i think the recounting your afternoon and the things you can do and look forward to is really great and a wonderful way to make it through those tougher days. stay strong :)

    Hi, I know this is a year ago but can I just it came at exactly the right time. Job centre / Universal credit is the number one stress in my life. Everything you said was spot on. Explaining things to my work coach is a big thing I always end up feeling like I didn’t do it like I wanted. I have been able to lessen my anxiety for the past year at least. Been able to let go of the control of what you said ‘overanalysing’ what they might say. It’s not easy, but hey tomorrow is another day’s.

    I was sat waiting in the joke shop and I could hear an advisor laying into someone who said they had mental health issues, they guy was straight up bullying them! Best bet is to just stop caring, they can't sanction rent (yet). Don't let the basxxxds grind you down matey! 👍❤️😎

    That's a good idea to practice setting a boundary. Something I've said when im in a similar situation is, "I can't really talk right now. I hope you're well. Take care." And then I leave. It may seem abrupt. But in the end, maintaining our (your own, my own) mental and physical health is most important. Others will take care of themselves. Be gentle with yourself, one foot in front of the other. I empathize!!

    Keep doing what your doing isn't easy we have good days and bad days keep that chin up more we focus on the sensations the worse it feels but when its in your head its hard to just relax and its hard to actually explain the feeling the videos are helping you so keep doing them help clear your mind

    The struggle is real we feel lost trapped alone scared helpless with our own mind and bodys stay strong takes a strong mind to deal with depression and anxiety so keep up the fight always look for the positives no matter how big or small they may be

    Hello. The Journal message will most likely be the standard message that the Case Manager puts on a claimants journal as a way of an introduction. You only really need to communicate with your Work Coach, and go through the Work Capability Process. It is important to keep engaged with your Work Coach during this time to see if there is any support they can offer you or signpost you to things that may help, but mainly to keep in touch until an outcome has been reached on the Medial Assessment - again this is standard procedure. Generally you will be asked about work perhaps, in a way to gage how far away from the world of work you are. The main thing is to ensuring the Work Coach is aware of certain things, they can only go off the information you give them, for example if you feel you can only do afternoon appointments, ensure you speak to the Coach about this etc if you respind to this message about anything UC related im sure i could advise etc regards

    I'm grateful to have found this right tonight. The c/ptsd and ASD symptoms weighing heavy on me and flared. Thank you for skill reminders. I have options for an out, yet can I handle the fallout. The pressure before, though, is almost crushing due to ptsd. Caffeine is same for me. Relate also to dietary choices and the search for balance within the self. Also relating to full bins and the overwhelm. Thanks for the old-time type youtube vlog. I subscribed to be in communication and hear how it goes with you in your path in this all. Our paths seem similar .
