Exactly. I tried a sample exactly the way you did in the video with capacity of 1. It logged the one on the response master form but didn’t take it off the form the next time I went to fill in the form. I tried it a couple times step by step through the video. So I feel like there’s a glitch somewhere. I’ve deleted the sheet and may try again with a fresh download.

Ok can u check what type of question do you have , multiple choice or dropdown? See if selecting the correct type of question in settings sheet solves the problem . I tried to replicate the issue and if my question is drop down but i put multiple choice in the settings sheet then the option will not be removed when full capacity .

Glad it helped! Checkboxes - a bit challenging as a user may choose more than 1 so it needs additional logic to process it. I will look into that and if it can be done without issues then I will reply here and update the template

if u wanna reset the limit , u can simply backup the old responses into excel and delete the responses in the responses sheet . And to clean up clear the numbers in the “current enrolment” cells

For checkboxes , it doesn’t work using this template due to the way checkboxes responses are stored in Google but good idea though. I’ll mull over that

Ok got it . If u are using Google slides, the pictures will need to be in a Google drive instead of ur hard drive. If in Google Drive, then yes it’s possible & thanks for ur suggestion . I will do a video tutorial on that soon. However inserting 100s of pictures may risk the dreaded 6 min “timeout” issue. Will see how we can overcome that.

Hey there sorry that it’s not working for you. The template - can u double check , see if the entries are correct. And u have given the permissions as in video . There’s quite a few steps for the set up, so do check again.

@com.art.5940 hmm I’m not sure why the button didn’t load for u. Did u use ur laptop browser? Also Try use Chrome browser. When u go to the link as in the video , u need to make a copy of the file. The spreadsheet will load and u should be able to see a rectangular “button” that says “Click to Start”

Ah I get what u mean, so if a user chose a,b,c , it creates 3 sheets named a,b and c . Yes it should be possible . Will look into it.
