Axa 4 (de rotatie) CNC, universal 100mm, 4 bacuri, 3500rpm, motor pas cu pas Nema23, 2Nm, 3A, pinola
Axa de rotatie cu universal 100mm cu 4 bacuri (+4 inverse) conectat la motor pas cu pas 2Nm, Nema23, 3A, ax de 8mm cu demultiplicare HTD5M cu raport de 1:6. Setul contine si papusa mobila cu pinola cu blocator cu maneta si varf de centrare. Universalul are turatia maxima de 3500rpm. Un sistem foarte bun pt. echiparea routerului CNC cu a 4-a axa de rotatie, util in frezarea balustrilor de lemn, tuburilor de plastic, matrite rotative, etc. Conectarea la PC se face cu un driver DM545 alimentat la o sursa min 5A 36/38Vdc. Interfata de comanda poate fi la alegere intre cele pe port paralel, USB, UC100, UC300, UC400-ETH, RnR Bitsensor, DDCSV, Arduino-GRBL, etc.
Inaltimea la varf: 65mm (se poate mari prin amplasarea pe un suport). Setul contine cheia de strangere si un set de 4 buc bacuri inverse. Holding torque: 18kg.cm.

I ended up giving up on it and bought a brand new 3kw square spindle and vfd the 3hp. Gonna try get it wired up tomorrow.
QUE EXPLICACION TAN PENDEJA
I found the problem with the EOCA error I’ll make a video tomorrow
so this is a spindle issue causing the EOCA over current alarm? I recently bought a used cnc had not been hooked up in a while. 3kw spindle and a 3kw vfd. I hit run instantly goes to that eoca also. Spindle did a very slight movement and ever since always went to a eoca alarm. I ordered another vfd should be here tomorrow. so if your theory is correct, I should get the same alarm. Thus I will send back the vfd and order another spindle then. Uggghh the agony!
@@stingrayguy8294 correct is a combination spindle and possibly the way the new spindles are wired please check the video I made
@@cuban94 the spindle I have is a used unit. Square type 3kw. Not the type that you solder. This is an air cooled spindle. I did order a brand new 2.2 kw vfd. I’ll try to see if it solves the problem. If not I’ll order a new spindle.

My motor only stops at 300 how did you get yours to go over 300?
In fact 300Hz is 18.000rpm, wich is max rated for this spindle. You can change VFD parameters to 400Hz (24.000rpm) but I don`t recommend

so did you figure out why it is doing this? Mine is doing the same. I heard it is an over current but doesnt do this when its unplugged from the spindle
I tried in the same time another spindle (2.2kw water cooled) and that one work without problem. I even try with another VFD, still no luck. Try various settings but same result. What I certain determined is NOT from VFD settings (as seller try to convince me). Sorry! I will still try to find out and if I will have succes I will post it.
