FLUORESCENCE IN SITU HYBRIDIZATION |FISH.
Fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) is a molecular technique used to detect and localize specific nucleic acid sequences (DNA or RNA) within cells or tissues using fluorescently labeled probes.
It provides a powerful way to study the spatial and structural organization of genetic material and is widely used in both research and clinical settings.

I couldn't perfectly dissolve Sodium Alginate. Always get clumps at 1% wt/wt. Do you have any idea what I might do wrong?
@@sandikusnadi8740 Yeah there could be several reasons: Temperature: Heating too much can cause it to gel or clump instead of dissolving properly. Try dissolving it in cold water first and then gently warming the solution if needed. pH of the Solution: Alginate can be sensitive to pH. If the solution is too acidic (low pH), it might cause the alginate to precipitate instead of dissolve. Check the pH of your solution. Concentration: If the concentration of sodium alginate is too high, it may form clumps or a thick gel, making it difficult to dissolve. Stirring Speed: Improper or insufficient stirring might prevent the alginate from dissolving evenly. Ensure that the stirring speed is high enough to disperse the powder completely. Type of Water: Alginate dissolves better in deionized or distilled water. If you are using tap water, impurities could affect the dissolution. Presence of Cations: Sodium alginate reacts with calcium and other divalent cations to form a gel. Ensure that no calcium or magnesium ions are present in your water or solution.

How mmp are formed for tumor cells
The expression of MMPs in general is regulated by growth factors, cytokines, chemical agents like phorbol esters, physical stress, oncogenic transformation, cell-cell and cell-ECM interactions. MMPs play a role in cancer cell survival.
Tumor invasion involves interaction between tumor cells, adjacent stromal cells, and infiltrating inflammatory cells, and it is likely that all these cells express distinct MMPs, which may complement each other's substrate specificity and form a network of MMP cascades in which one MMP cleaves a particular native or partially degraded ECM component and activates other MMPs.
