Love the video! You have a fantastic way of explaining things. You may wish to start with smaller pots when rooting cuttings. Too big of a pot can lead to rot as it can retain too much moisture near the cutting. I do love the way you have repurposed/refreshed the old soil. I'm def going to have to try that on my next repotting day.
