I think you should try @ChalkFabricDoll chalk softening method She has tutorials and you could ask her (if you can) her method is really worth trying! I remember a little she first soaks the blocks in hot water and then freezes them and boom the texture changes like magic hard chalk turn into flakey layered and soft blocks 😍❤her method is defnietly a must try❤❤
