@@notthatinnocent86 After battle the flu this week, this workout everything felt good, was able to even do some fingertip pushups at the end. Actually interested to see how today goes.
My initial goal was to be able to do 1,000 pushups by end of year 1, on day 365 I did 1,133. My goal by end of year 2 is to be able to do 1 proper form planche pushup.
The thing that has helped me stay the most disciplined is my fear of skipping one day, and that leads to two, and before you know it... But more than anything, its the support I have received along the way has helped me stay consistent.
Hello, First of all, congratulations on your incredible serie of 454. Since you seem to be aiming for (kind of advanced) calisthenics exercises, I think it would be profitable to take some rest, workout every other day, with sessions more intense than 20 minutes. Which does not prevent you from doing something else for 20 minutes the other days. Doing the same workout everyday for 20min will stuck your progression. (All of that is just my opinion, to try to help, hoping you won't take it the wrong way.) Keep going 💪
I believe in you man! You got this! Keep pushing on! Romans 12:2 "It's by the renewing of your mind that you move from the good to the acceptable and then into the perfect will of God"
All love brother ! This man is finding out there’s a peace of mind that he never knew. We should respect this and show support. Keep the faith brother.
Last month I turned 40, but feel better than when I was 18. Appreciate all the positive feedback, its honestly what has kept me going this far. Every new sub feels like a million people joined. I am ok hearing negative feedback as well, I am not a professional, so I never mind finding ways to improve.
@@heitoroliveira5166thank you for your support! I am probably not the best at marketing, I never say like and subscribe or anything like that. I just go out and push myself each day. So it's always fun hearing yt recommend my ch to someone.
@@MrStuv Hearing comments like this is what has kept me going. I am not perfect at what I do, I never try to sound like I am a professional, and it's why I don't say anything in most of my videos. But one thing I do know is it's better to do something than nothing at all. I am really glad I could help, check back in later and let me know how your journey has progressed.
Mad respect! Keep it up! focus on your shoulders being more leaned back, also try to get more tension on yor lower back and abs while doing pushups. I'd recommend to you to try some diamond push ups aswell! But always remember, for correct progressive overload, prioritize form, reps, and then the weight. Also in my opinion its 80% diet and 20% training. Don't overdo yourself.
Nice video but it makes me sad that you dont work out on grass...Charge your body with frequencies from earth!!! That floor aint giving you energy that earth would give you!(elektricity) without shoes even better. I will subscribe and wait for next video to see if you maybe decided to do it on grass for extra charging!!
When I first started this challenge it stood for never forget. I used to weigh almost 300lbs before this challenge started, but now it stands for Never Finished. There was a person who helped me start this journey too, so NF means several things, but most importantly to always push on.
Yeah its around 94F inside there according to the big thermometer so..... you must live in a very hot place for it to be that temperature after sunset. Not surprised the GoPro decided it had enough.....
@@brianmcginley7215 it has always been a problem since last year, normally changing the battery every 10min helps when it's extremely hot. Last night was frustrating because it didn't feel that hot, and lost about 15min of workout. Funny saying 94 is not hot, I guess working out in a hot/cold garage also helps train the mind.
@@CylntKnyt thank you for your attention to detail, I really don't hype it, but it has been very difficult working out in the garage 365. I don't know what is worse extreme heat or cold.

Nice reps

Transitioning from bent arm planche to L sit back to bent arm was probably the hardest combo I have done so far around 20:00 in.
