About the lost car. When you login the game, open the console. You should see messages about the VehicleManager. It should show all active vehicles and the coordinates. example (-746.7, 35.1, 236.3) x z y When you come close to that lost vehicle, it should show up at the map/compass. And you maybe should consider to start a new class, since Thug is allready max. That give you another Class aura to proc.

You are still at the old version of Rebirth. Thats why you won't get the note and the schematic to craft the desert stabilizer. Not sure if you get it when you update it now, so you should have get the stabilizer from the creative. And when the desert is behind the burnt forest (hardest Rebirth biome), you have to use a vitamin to pass it unharmed.

I though you know some basics allready, since you played normal before. -Craft the Zed autoloot mod, nomore need to loot your own killed Z. -Not sure what happen to you bicycle, but you can craft another repairable vehicle, and just miss 1 bicycle wheel to complete it. -Headphone + walkman craft into a mod for helmet, when you got a complete volume (skills, global archivements) you even get a buff. -Why does a clothing/armor mod should go into a weapon ? (Bandolier mod) - Check the recipes you can made from canned food, you can mosttimes cook something out them that don't give dysentry. - ever though to craft some lockpicks for the locked thing, but yes the universal auger key works too. - beer only increase brawling damage, not melee at all (like at vanilla). - hands glowing, orange =explo immun, can knockdown you, green = radiation poisoning, red = fire immun, blue = shock immun. - maybe visit the trader, sell stuff, but the mission for mortar&pestle so you can made gunpowder and shotgun shells, Merc contract, and exchange ammo at briston for shotgun shells. Don't forget to equip the cigar before.

Bonus tips to make starting out easier without being OP: 1. Turn your XP multiplier down. This will keep zombie levelling from outpacing your gear levelling. I turn it right down to 25%, but that's just me; I like taking things slow. (In the main game, you can also decline accepting challenge rewards until you have better gear.) 2. Turn AI block damage down. This will give you more time before zombies break down the door/wall/etc. I also turn down player block damage to be fair, but keep it at three times AI damage because I have tools and they don't. 3. Remember that you can change all of the settings each time you load a save. You can make your early game much easier and then slowly make it harder as you get more comfortable with things. Cheers!

Not sure if you didn't notice it yet or forget about it. But regular bandages will heal for 6, so grab so much cloth you can. With out any trader it woulld be a tough run, maybe you should check offcamera with the POI teleporter if you got others traders. When you just miss Rekt, it is hard but fine. Maybe switch to witchdoctor class, so you can craft your own companions since you can't buy dogs. When you miss more traders, a restart would be better. Btw. you destroyed the robotic with your bat. Not sure why TFP let you do this. Maybe you should consider to place some container outside, next to your bicycle. Then you can quickstack stuff into it from inside. Or simply drop your backpack outside, to pickup it later. Purple rage capsule are rare loot, any class can use it, The craftable rage capsule are for Berserker only.

I have to tell you, you messed up your savegame. You Info window down left corner, don't show the typical Purge information anymore, compare it with your 1.episode. The Rebirth options are stored global, not for each savegame. I can't say if that get fixed when you enable it again before you start the save. But i guess you have to start over. Edit: ahh i see, you notice it self, and reenable Purge !

nice to see you trying the purge mode. you can buy up to 3 dogs depending on charisma and what not. but you have to unlock the farmer npc at reks place first its a quest you already have.

If this will be an all new game ; I hope it has no more Traders.

I've been playing purge mode for weeks now, and i'm just now starting in the Desert. started soldier now i'm an amalgamation of 3 guns and 2 melee weapons....10/10

Also axe won't do much damage as that is intended to be used as a soldier... Thug melee weapon is bats I.e. Baseball bat in the beginning

About the Walkman. It is used to play in game music. The cassette tapes you find add the tracks. Use the Enter key and Backspace key to activate and change tracks. The tapes you find are part of the Global Achievements system. Once you find a full set of tapes, and their are several sets. You get some buffs.

A tip for keeping your dog alive. When he's low on health, pick him up. Just hit E key when he's next to you. As soon as you place him in your inventory he is instantly healed. Redeploy him. You should be able to keep him alive indefinitely. Don't let him fight a group of Zombies by himself, call him to you when he's taking a beating. Hope this helps.
