The world is your ocean, be a mermaid #swimmingincurls
Swimming in Curls - Fundraising for Adalis Martinez
Swimming In Curls
First event is here !!
This event will be the first of a tour, located in my home borough - The Bronx Brewery.
One of the main purpose of this event is to raise money to give to Adalis Martinez, 27, currently a third time colon cancer patient.
March is Colon Cancer Awareness Month, and what better to give to my dear friend and help her in so many more ways then to dedicate this event to her !
Adalis Martinez is 27, Dominican, and a graphic designer. Her book covers have made the New York Times Best Book covers. She was first diagnosed with Colon Cancer at the age of 21, after two remissions, she was diagnosed for the third time in April 2018.
Not only is she one of my dearest friends, but she is someone I look up to you and admire. She is one of the strongest people I know. I want this event to help her in anyway it can.
Below you'll find a donation link to donate to her and tickets to the event. I thank you all for taking the time to watch this video and for donations, whether big or small.
Every donation of $20 will be entered into a giveaway !!
Thank you all again

Swimming in Curls : Empowering Latinas to thrive in business, education, and natural hair
Its more than three words, it is a lifestyle.
We come across different “oceans”, stages, trials and tribulations, throughout life, whether it may be hair stages, work, school, and friendships, health and though it may not always be easy, it is all about embracing it all; the good, the bad, the ugly, the beautiful. Swimming in Curls, is going through whatever ocean you may fall it, embracing the stage you are in, be a mermaid, go with the waves and flaunt!

Wash and Go feat Veracious Curls

My rant could go on and on about Veracious Curls line , that's how good they are, but I'm going to start with what I loved the most: 1. The Slip: Good slip is hard to find and this slip was simply great. Distributing the products throughout my hair was so easy and any tangles that were there were gone ! 2. The Smell:The smell wasn't strong but at the same time pleasant, which I love in a hair p...
Indian Healing Clay Mask Tutorial
มุมมอง 826 ปีที่แล้ว
This was my first time trying the Indian Healing Clay Mask and I decided to do this with my man friend . Overall, the mask left my hair so defined that I didn’t even want to put any product in it but the front of my hair gets super frizzy. I mixed the mask with Apple cider vinegar and applied it on clean-damp, detangle hair and I also applied the remainder on my face. I’ve seen people add oils ...
I love you adalis, rest in peace 🕊️
I had a cancer scare and stumbled upon her video that she made when she was 23. In the video I was amazed at her strength and perseverance and can tell she had a kind soul. I truly admire this women and that she fought so hard and lived her life in spite of this unfortunate illness. I didn't know her but my heart hurts for her and her loved ones. If any of you are reading this I am so sorry for your loss. I just want you to know she inspired me to not take life for granted and live to the fullest. May she rest in peace.
My sweet prima. May your soul rest easy. I love you.
