Hi Cari, I just came across your videos and I had no idea how tired I'd be after about 20 mins of your vids! They're the best videos out there and I guarantee doing this a lot will help me for sure! How often do you recommend doing these for a rock singer who performs twice a month?

Previous band kid here, I tried this and then timed to see how long I could hold it... 25 seconds... WTFFFF😲

Gordon Grody is one of my all time favorite vocalists. He deserved much more attention for his solo work in the late 70s. He performed some fantastic vocals on the early 80s funk album by Zinc entitled "Street Level."
