Hi Tim, the Victor edger has two adjustments, the left hand side will lower the blade, as will the front one. Thanks

Hi there, sorry just saw your comment. You can pretty much shape it anytime, just don't go to hard in summer, as it will shock the plant. And best to do it in stages, maybe cut 50-100mm max at a time until at the desired shape.

Hi there, no the banana plants aren't really sheltered, but three mother plants from the original corm mean they sort of protect each other. Give them heaps of manure and good organic fertilizer and plenty of water in summer.

Your banana palm is looking good! Is it in a sheltered spot? I want to grow a banana, but I'm top of a hill, I'm worried winter winds would kill it....

Nice little clip mate. Is there a way to adjust the depth of the cutting head. When my handle is fully depressed, the blade barely touches the turf. The front cannot be lowered any further or it will touch the front wheel. The new blade I have will only give me around 20mm of cutting depth.

Hi mate, I have the same edger. It has an issue with the Carby and I need to find a replacement. Victa don't sell them which is terrible service for a 3 year old machine that they need to keep parts for 10 years by law. Either way, I'm on the look out for an alternative carby, have you had any issues with yours ?

Have you used the hsa 94 off a ladder? Looking at getting one but worried about the difficulties of moving a ladder with a backpack, trimmer and cord.
