wow I havent played STO in several years, is it still fun? Would it be fun for someone coming back starting from zero?

You are right that it isn't a great ship, but it's still better than portrayed here. You skipped out on both narrow sensor bands and mixed armament synergy which are great damage boosters to go with exceed rated limit's fire cycle haste (exceed rated limit's isn't great either, but it is on theme and what I use for this ship). And then why the rear torpedo? Swap it for a turret and you are definitely getting full use of the mixed armament synergy you should have slotted along with a DPS boost just from having a weapon that is always firing in that slot instead of a dead torpedo. I get not having meta consoles/traits/boffs for a review video but you can at least have your boff skills in order.

I was thinking of picking up an NX refit on my f2p account with the campaign lobi. My main account has the legendary version so I never gave the refit much thought, hence my indecision. Your video sealed the deal for me even if your build is a kinda sus....I guess I just need another Lobi sale... 3:00 the shield console in the retrofit set is from the romulan 23c dreadnought and the disruption pulse emitter console is from the klingon 23c dreadnought. DPRM is from Atlas prototype dreadnought.

The Type 14 Shuttles don't even have to be in the device slot, just in your bank to work...

As cool looking as the Constitution 3 is I will go to my grave saying that the Excalibur class is far superior looking because it has the Sovereign class aesthetic in a Constitution class package... keep in mind Constitution 3 is much bigger than 1st generation Constitution or Constitution 2. .

I spent real money to get this ship. I even made sure the console was set to "protected status on" And guess what? At some point Craptic Studios took it upon themselves to remove the console from my inventory. It's not the only time they have done something like this either. I am telling you what. I am about ready to take something away from them. What is good for the goose. Is good for the gander.

I also like the first person shooter Voyager one that one’s probably even better than Star Trek conquest, but I don’t know. I don’t know if that’s for the PS2 or not.

I know this is gonna make a lot of people angry, but I prefer Star Trek conquest for the PS2 ships get destroyed you repair them there’s a more there’s a greater sense of danger even though they limit it to only five ships per battle, full shield, full power weapons

I got mine day one. Yes I spent my Lobi on it. But I love how it looks, it's by far one of the most beautiful ships in the game too me. However the 3-3 layout kills it for me for a lot of high level missions. However, the Aincent tech combo with the 4 pieces, has reinvigorated my love of the game. I LOVE how cool the teleport makes me feel, jumping around with my dreadnought like Galactia to tank for my friends. And helping them out. As well as allowing me to utilize fighters even when I'm in a ship that wouldn't normaly have fighters. And it's just amazing for me as a big fighter nerd. And it allows me to use some of my escorts and feel like a real squadron leader, I just wish I could change them from being swarmers, Or make them warmer squadrons. My issue is that the 3-3 layout just feels kinda of dated.

I got mine 5 days ago with lobi crystals but the advanced obelisk has a invisible problem im still waiting for that to be fixed in a update it was not visible since the new one was added anyone else having this problem
