It sounds like this individual was just grandstanding trying to say there are things wrong with the unit. If a grown adult doesn't know that when the heat is first turned on there are odours, they need to keep quiet, educate themselves or...........stop grandstanding!

Parrish is the next Lakewood Ranch. It’s even closer to St Pete beach, Tampa, and super close to Sarasota. Plus Neal the developer of North River Ranch also is the creator of Lakewood Ranch so he knows how to make beautiful master planned communities. We love Parrish and specifically North River Ranch.

Stayed at the Westin hotel in downtown Sarasota a few times. Amazing views from there roof top pool and bar. I went on the cruise 🚢 boat across the street and it took us past all the beautiful homes on the water. Went down to St. Armand’s circle ⭕️ beautiful restaurant and shops and lido beach is a little walk away from there. I should of bought something in 2018 because prices skyrocketed since then but still plan on moving close to there.

People are moving out of Florida because it is time for change. Sarasota and other parts of Florida once belonged to my ancestors' black people aka the natives. Certain groups took over our land and now they are being forced to evacuate. Climate change will rid these parasites from the black belt area and all areas that are considered the black belt. AKA Black People Land. Black people are moving back to Florida and other areas of the black belt because it is our time to return to our homeland. this is why hurricanes and other natural disasters have increased. All the lies that have been told in history AKA HIS STORY are being exposed daily.

I sow that there is a lot of good places but the school district is not good. My question is that can I enroll my kids in a different school district ? Also I want to say thank you for your advising. I love your videos.
