The holidays are always a difficult time when you're grieving the loss of a loved one. In this video, I create a watercolour sketch depicting how I sometimes feel around the holidays while talking to you about my experience and feelings. As this time of year is usually cheery, remember those grieving or struggling. A simple question, 'Are you ok?' is enough sometimes. Remember, children feel grief deeply too and may or may not have the language to articulate and communicate their feelings.
