How to make sauerkraut/ fermented cabbage
Do you know how to make(fermented cabbage) sauerkraut?
• Prepare cabbage and carrot's
• Salt then mix until water comes out of it
• Pack container: Using clean hands,pack a handful of the cabbage into the fermenting container
• Ferment ready to eat in 14 days
Has potential health benefits, including:
• Improved digestion
Sauerkraut contains probiotics that help diversify the healthy bacteria in your gut. This can help with digestion.
• Boosted immune system
Sauerkraut contains vitamin C and iron, which can support a stronger immune response.
• Promoted heart health
Sauerkraut is high in fiber and contains vitamin K2, which can help balance cholesterol levels and prevent calcium deposits in arteries.
• Reduced risk of certain cancers
Sauerkraut contains antioxidants and substances that may have anticancer properties.

Hi loves welcome to my channel lets travel and explore kisumu together. We booked easycoach that charged us ksh 1750 Our airbnb was ksh7000 for 2 nights. It was a 2 bedroom house located at ruby courts milimani. The place was accessible and very secure since it's an estate. It was also near all the sites we visited We moved around using bolt and it was quite affordable #tembeakenya #kisumucity
