Kaushal Bhawan is a state-of-the-art office building equipped with modern facilities and amenities befitting the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship's mission to foster its initiatives across the Nation. Located in New Moti Bagh, New Delhi, Kaushal Bhawan was inaugurated by Hon’ble President of India, Smt. Droupadi Murmu on 24.01.2024 in the presence of Shri Dharmendra Pradhan, Hon’ble Cabinet Minister for Education and Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Shri Rajeev Chandrashekhar, Hon’ble MoS for Electronics and IT, Skill Development and Entrepreneurship and Jal Shakti; Shri Atul Kumar Tiwari, Secretary, Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Shri K.P. Mahadevaswamy, CMD, NBCC, Shri Saleem Ahmad, Director (Projects), NBCC and other senior officials from Government of India and NBCC.

Why horizontal building over vertical skyscrapers? These buildings are occupying large size of area.
Near Airport you can't build tall buildings, and permissions won't be granted.
@@Camera7Productions not only near airport, everywhere bureaucracy is stopping skyscrapers. World's 2nd tallest skyscrapers was planned in mumbai but babus denied permission for it.

Completely agree. Delhi has to grow vertical. In fact, this statement is valid for all Indian cities. Besides that, the design is also crap.
