Hi, as an investor I’m really happy about the institutional setup you are using and your transparency. Thing is I worry about two things; 1) losing other investors along this process and 2) the amount of effort for me. Other platforms allow you to transfer the capital + expected fees at time of commitment and they solve it in the back office with forming of an spv, etc and notify me during the process. Would that be something you can look into? Thanks, recently made my first investment with you and hope for many more. Marlin
