How flat screen is a defining moment for smartphones display?

Samsung needs to stop copying what everyone else is doing. The G4 is already well built all around a good phone, but it is all downhill from there. It can be submerged 5min before it died, with removable battery, phone jack, SD slot. Now is nothing but speedy hardware. Any new phone has that. Why would I buy a Samsung now?

If the display screen on the contrôler would be closer to 2000nits, then that would be a great feature to start.

Horrible customer swrvie...do not buy. Garmin will not support your watch if the screen fails like mine did after 3 years. They could care less.

I upgraded from the Mini 6 to the Mini 7. The display is still of poor quality, jelly scrolling persists, and there's the same wasted space on the home screen. The battery life seems better, but that's not saying much. A lazy upgrade from Apple, but we've become accustomed to that.

They keep making same device each year. The bulk build. No Sd card. So diffrent from the older Note series that was feature packed.

I've been a Samsung user for many many years. Going back to the Note 7, AKA hand grenade! Not sure if I'm complacent or just worried about the direction it's going. I felt they had relied so much on Google and with them going in a separate direction I feel Samsung is going to hit "innovation block." Plus they have issues with their in-house chip. Again I'm not sure if I'm just overreacting but I feel they are going to have issues. Also with the creation of many other Android phones I feel it's going to eventually knock them out of the top 3 If not lower. I currently have an s24 as I've gotten tired of the huge bricks for cell phones. I may eventually transition to a Google pixel 10 but if the s25 can absolutely wow me, i may stick with it... Anyhow good luck Samsung! 😊
