Here's some advice, may save you half the time maybe: 1. Don't start with such a high poly primitive, start in low poly then smooth 2. You can easily select the inner most faces of the cylinder cap by selecting the center vertex in vertex mode then holding ctrl and clicking the face mode icon to convert selection to faces. 3. Since you're modeling freehand, it would have been easier to delete the cylinder caps and use border mode, shift + move to extrude and scale when needed. 4. You should pause and calculate your steps before modeling, to predict what would be your optimal number of polygons per row, so you could delete all the body of the bottle after making the main shape, except 1/8 of it or 1/(whatever the number of these small dots per row), and use array tool to make the full object of instances, instead of repeating the selection/inst/bevel, then make them unique to each other, attach, select border, conver to verices, weld. 5. Whenever you are selecting, turn to select mode... It's a good habit to avoid moving, rotating or scaling your selection by mistake 6. When selecting multiple adjacent faces, hold shif before selecting> select first poligon> select the last in line and so on
