I doubt I'll get much of an answer, but how exactly do I delay the the 214B after 5C? I've tried a bunch of timings but the combo just seems to reset after the second hit of 5C lands.

Good intro video. There are some incorrect info on here though. Rise has no J.2A. For any hop cancel her normals are not overheads and are mids instead. DDR traps aren't really in this version since they gutted her startup. There are gaps in arrow rain so opponents can dp/roll. They would have to be in the air without any air options to get caught. That being said there is also no practical way you're punishing a DP with DDR in your example shown.
