So I am very sure that your isense mattresses are very comfortable. but I have to argue that they are not just two blow up air chambers. They are 24 gauge vulcanized rubber. Each side has an air chamber and they are zipped in the middle to stop the feeling of rolling to the middle or separating the air chambers. Each air chamber has 20 chambers in it one from your head to your feet on each side of your body that supports you as you move the air up and down. 18 like the vertebrae of the back from your head to your feet that form to your body. So your 30 is not my 30. It’s an individual fit to your body for your body mass. Weight shape size. It’s not a blowup camping mattress. It is serious support. I have owned an ieight model with an adjustable base for almost 20 years and cannot sleep on anything but. So make comparisons, but don’t knock somebody else’s product. I would not go over to your store and say oh look they make these cheap coils that could move all around from you and that’s the problem you want solid air chambers that Sleep Number has. Because I’m sure your brand and the brand I use are equally awesome beds. But don’t make somebody seem less less than in order to make your brand better. That’s not a good comparison and it’s false advertisement. I suggest buyers go in and try out both personally.

It’s easy to tell when you have an inferior product because all you do is put down top brands. Your marketing strategy isn’t about what isense does best, it’s about degrading the competition. You wouldn’t need to do this if it was really that much better. Sleep Number is the best…follow the leader.

How long is the warranty? Can I use an adjustable frame with this mattress?

I had spent over $10,000 for my sleep number bed and it’s been a nightmare from the day It was delivered. This bed really sucks the base jams up constantly almost every night. The mattress is tilting to the left. My wife’s mattress is tilting to the right they come they put straps. It breaks they add more foam the same thing happened. They added a new mattress. The same thing happened. Stay away from sleep number beds. It’s nothing but a glorified mattress. I would buy a regular mattress because for the money I spent on the sleep number every three years I can change a regular mattress and have a new mattress every three years. sleep number is pure garbage stay away.

We have had this bed for 55 nights it's all they sy if you don't mind the firmness. The minimum setting is 10mbar, which I compare to a sleep number of about 65, which is too firm for our family. All the stuff they say in this video are true, and the customer service is great. The cost is ½ of a sleep number i10 that we are now having to go to as we just can't do the minimum firmness of a isence bed. Hi, the Isense bed truly is a great product. I have this split king bed for 55 nights. What is presented here is true except that the mattress is quite firm to begin with. I compare it to a sleep number of about 65, which is too firm for us, Isense calls this 10mbar. We are in the process of using the 100% guarantee of 100% back from 45 days to 100 days. The customer service is excellent from start to finish, Nathan and Chuck work with you and hassle free. Note that the guarantee does not cover the adjustable base, just mattress. The quality of isense is great from the sensors & app to a quiet pump it's just too bad it's too firm for us. Oh, and Isense is ½ the cost of sleep number i10 in which we are forced to transfer to.

If you're comming from a sleep number bed the minimum firmness is about 65. isense records this as 10mbar. If you like sleep number and have a sleep setting over 65 this is the ultimate bed, including more than half the cost of a sleep number i10 and a ⅓ of the 360. We just used the 100-day warranty and the customer service is as good as it was all along excellent!. It really was 100% back no cost return OF THE MATTRESS ONLY. no returns on bed frame or furniture.

I am so glad my new bed I just paid thousands of dollars for is missing the damn mounting hardware for the C clamps. This is a joke man. I got the bolts but no washers and nuts. Now I go to a hardware store and come to find out every nut I purchased won’t work because it is an metric M8 nylon nut not a 5/16” nut. I find all of this out after removing my old adjustable frame and mattress to my basement. I am fucking pissed.

Buyer beware I purchased a king mattress and a breeze base Sept of 2022 after getting it the base plywood panels are too short thinking they would make it right as of now 11/29/22 the base broken and mattress is on the floor they said about a month there send me a new one but as of now nothing they will not stand behind there product !!!!!

This comparison is a joke! 1. The bowling ball trick is pointless as no human laid out on a bed would ever produce that effect. 2. The “cuddle zone” trick they forgot to mention the sleep number beds auto adjust air so when my wife and I are cuddling it auto adjusts to our weight. 3. Your bed has coil springs that will eventually sag and wear out where sleep number will ALWAYS be the exact firmness you set it to as it does not have springs. 4. When ever we get out of bed regardless of setting I have never witnessed a dip left in the bed like they portray here. Maybe stop trying to show deceptive comparisons.

In November, I purchased the Revive 13.5” Premium Hybrid mattress. From the moment I received it, I loved it. Unfortunately not even 6 months in and the mattress is caving in the middle. I called customer service, I was asked to send in an email (Jun 2nd) with my order # and pictures. I did as asked and received an email (Jun 3rd) asking for more info and pictures. I sent a second email on Jun 4th and never heard back. I followed up on Jun 12th with another email and did not hear back & then a phone call on Jun 15th. I was told they were waiting for a reply & would call me the next day with an update. I never received a call. On Jun 17th, I received the following email: Thank you so much for your patience with this. I am still working with operations to determine our options. I will follow up with them today and reach back out. As of today, Jun 25th I’ve heard nothing. I’m sick with buyer remorse. I have a bed that leaves me with back pain every morning. My investment into a Quality premium mattress…has left me with nothing but back aches and regret.

Thanks for the video! I think a luxurious mattress needs a luxurious latex pillow! I bought the 5" tall LAYTEX Thai latex pillow is really great for side sleepers! Greatly relieved my neck and head pain. I slept well all night without tossing and turning! Then I bought another one for my husband. He snores a lot while sleeping and after using this pillow his snoring has decreased. So Amazing!

Looks very interesting and I’m in the market. But it seems you only have the air chambers in the middle? What about shoulders/upper back and knees/calves? They go unsupported or am I missing something? So if I like a really soft bed, my hips and torso will sink in to the bed (sleeping sideways or on stomach) and I’ll end up in an awkward and terribly uncomfortable position (with the lower+top part of my body bent upwards)? Pretty confused.

Are you going to make it so you can adjust shoulder area, not just back area…my shoulders are dying when I sleep

I want that mattress so bad…..if I do a review can I get a discount…. I’ve tried five beds in a bag in the last four years and they all suck except for one but my wife didn’t like it and I did. Anyway I can give you guys a testimonial if this thing is the real deal.

Do your research. Sleep number much better, cheaper and has much better warranty.

Misleading video. Sleep number is the best mattress on the market and does not parts that will fail like the isense. Trust me, we have two sleep numbers, one over 8 years old and will give you the best sleep ever!

I'm very intrigued by this bed, I really want to try it but there are zero independent reviews, at 4 grand its not worth the risk.

This is the absolute best bed I have ever had. Since day one we slept without waking up in pain and stiffness. I tell my husband every morning, I love our bed.

My wife and I purchased the iSense, split king, mattresses along with their adjustable base about a month ago. Neither one of us like these mattresses. They are just too firm even with minimal air, (you can only get the air to 10mbar, whatever that is), we are both side sleepers, she is 104lbs, me, I'm 220lbs. We both wake up sore in our backs and hips with me also having pain in my knees and neck. We will be returning the mattresses at the 45 day minimum mark. The adjustable bases are fine. We have already ordered Wink Bed mattresses as we just need to get off the iSense mattresses ASAP. I'm just saying buyer beware of the overall firmness of their mattresses. Unfortunately, in my mattress research, red flags should have caught my attention, such as where are all the reviews? It seems, here on TH-cam, that only iSense provides reviews. I generally liked the design of the mattresses as compared to Sleep Number, but unfortunately design does not meet function, at least for us it didn't. Oh, and the free smart pillows, well at least I can say I'm glad I didn't actually pay for them.... Amazon has some reviews on those.

Hmmm 3:39 anyone notice the bowling ball impression is the same on the "100" side and the "30" side? Shouldnt the 100 side have. Less of an impression since it's firmer?

This bed makes more sense than the sleep number bed.

It's funny when other companies try to take sleep number down as their marketing campaign. That tells me that sleep number has set the bar and other companies have to fight to reach that bar.
