Sheeeezzzch. I wash my ears every night in the shower. Soap outer ear and index finger real good & get as much soapy water in there as possible. Leave it in there until almost done showering (3 - 4 min) and then rinse it out. Never have any problems. And even worse, about every second week I use the 'dreaded' Q-tip ! ( I hear everyone shrieking ). After I dry off I just put the Q-tip in gently and rotate it slightly along the walls as I remove it. Only ever get just a small amount of wax out. If they are washed with soap every night, they stay reasonably wax minimized. I've done this for 50+ years & never had a problem ! I hope it will be helpful to you. HOW TO GET THE WATER OUT ! ! ! Take hold of your Outer Ear Cartilage. 1. Put index finger into ear hole until it is just comfortably against the hole. 2. Place the thumb on the back of the outer ear cartilage and gently grasp against the index finger. (This would be almost like holding a sheet of paper with your index finger & thumb.) 3. Tilt your head / ear towards your shoulder or the floor. 4. Gently move or pull that outer ear cartilage around. Upward, outward, backward, or downward. As you move it around it almost becomes self evident which direction works. 5. You will feel the water trickle out &/or the air move in. My oldest brother taught me this 50 yrs ago as a teenager. No shaking your head around or whacking it with the butt of your hand. Just tilt head, grasp outer ear, move the cartilage around gently, and the water runs out ! So Simple ! You will ask yourself, " Why doesn't everyone know this ! " 😊 Fifty plus years, several thousand times, works everytime ! Give it a try. You will be amazed !

Just want to educate folks a little more, not all tanning beds have UVA lights. If you go to good tanning salons and pay for the more expensive tanning beds, as I do, the bed has zero burning rays, doesn't have UVA rays and the max tanning limit is 10 minutes, I go for 8 minutes. If you are someone who is predisposed to skin cancer, tanning salons have spray tan booths. They will show you how it works but basically you step into the sprayer without your clothes on and the machine sprays you, so you don't have to worry about skin cancer at all.

I got my tonsils out yesterday along with my adenoids and I go a septoplasty and I for the septoplasty I had to do a vigorous saline rinse and when some went in my throat and I spat it out I saw a black thing go into the sink is that a scab that fell of from my tonsils or adenoids day 1????? or is it just dried up blood?

It happened with me , I go to doctor after 5-6 days but I recovered 50-60%

I had a procedure 7yrs ago using Jobson Horne probes or curettes when I was working in a call center. There were small particles of foam from the headphones goin' inside my ear and caused pain and infection. That procedure is tooooo damn painful. It's literally a metal spoon scrapping something inside your ear. 😢

We don't have this issue here because its pretty hot so, the waxelts naturally
