What was the total mileage that day?
I didn't realize how many miles we ran that day, but we got lost in Central Park for a half hour wandering around trying to find the group.

I need that scooter
It is stressful when riding at such high speed with a measly 11-inch tires especially concerning potholes and road imperfections! I would be far more comfortable going at such speeds on an e-MTB with tires 2 and a half times larger!
The roads here are in bad condition, they have a lot of potholes. I don't like riding a scooter at night because the wheels can hit a pothole. But it's fun.🤩
Ivan. What is your mindset/ perspective regarding running into pot-holes or dangerously old surfaced roadways traveling at high speeds?
Pablo, when you're riding a scooter you're not thinking about problems, you have to concentrate on the road, on the potholes in the cars, that is, you don't have time to think about anything else.
I ride my skateboard around 20-30 mph on roads like these and u either have to jump or just avoid them completely

No difference between these riders and the packs of motorbikers who endanger and annoy the public. If you guys want to share the road and be respected, then, start obeying traffic laws. This type of riding will probably bring the ban of scooters in NYC for everyone. Do the rules of the road not apply to you guys just because you're on a scooter? This is the reason I don't ride in groups because egoes tend to override common sense. Don't give in to peer pressure bro.
Kaaboo is king
A few videos I watched made it easier by simply using a couple of C-Clamps instead of tie wraps to compress the tire which made removal and replacement much easier.
Where are those videos? I needed them before I went through so many headaches.
Takes skill to drive under the El without hitting anyone or anything. Haha
Stairs is what makes it a nightmare to own a heavyweight scooter like these! Should've went through Queensboro Bridge instead! Better off with an E-bike because one can use a shoulder strap and a hook to lift it up and down stairs by its chainstays! Otherwise, lightweight e-scooters are the best for portability!
It was my first time, I didn't know it was like that, but I will never cross that bridge again.

Thanks mate, for making scooter group rides and putting them online, there are few of these around now that boring e-dirt bikes have taken over PEV groups, all over the place. The more dirt bikes there are, the more boring and samey their group videos get. Cheers.

I wanted the four-piston one, but I didn't want to risk it not working, so I decided to buy the two-piston one. They work fine.

What are those lights at the back of the scooter? Does it come with the scooter? I wanna get some of those
A lot of these scooters have turning signal lights. If you turn the left and right signal at the same time, they blink like hazzard lights on a car. I think that's what they're doing. There's also a variety of aftermarket lights on Amazon.
@@LloydTucker-r7v Mines Mukuta 10+ , The signals are not really visible at the back was thinking of getting an aftermarket light for more visibility for the brakes and signaling

We recharge When we get to the house, the owner of the group only accepts high-performance and high-speed scooters.
What happened to the one it didn't end well for?Did he crash,run too low on voltage triggering the BMS to shutdown the scooter,burn the controllers,or was there some other problem with his scooter? By the way,exciting video and be safe!!
His scooter didn't survive the third test and broke down. I haven't heard from him since. He must be saving up to buy a high-performance scooter.
@Mrvoltagebx Do you recall what brand of scooter he was riding? I guess the third part of the test was in the hilly section on the Henry Hudson Drive around the Alpine lookout area before heading north on the 9W. Some of you guys were going full bore on the hilly section of the group ride,and I familiar with that area.If a scooter is underpowered,it will take a toll on controllers/motors.Your Kaabo Wolf King GT was definitely up to the task👍 When is your next group ride?
