You need to stop running, confront it all, work on yourself. No matter who you have around you, one is always best to help themselves, that's what I've found - can't rely on finding someone to pick you up. Do you know what kicked me out of that cycle - working in a hospital with cancer patients. I've been through some **** but spending 2 hrs a week teaching cancer patients art I realised I needed to sort myself out these people were happy yet so ill! I wasn't near death - why was I sad!? Do not take any of this wrong. You just breaking my heart your eyes are so sad. I have no idea what you have been through (I remember something in the Steve Bartlett Vlogs but won't drag up your business here) but I know you can drive this forward and get to a happier place. There's so much I could say to you but can't write it down so well - you know when it's in your head it sounds good and you just can't write it down in the same way. Take care.
I agree with Hannah. You say marketing is your passion, and all great marketers find a way to give value to others. But right now you need to ensure you are giving value to yourself.
