Surviving Suicidal Thoughts: Safety Plans
In this video I discuss a basic template for suicidal ideation or thoughts, or for anyone who’s in a state of crisis 💛
This is just one example that I have been given; there are many resources which provide safety plan templates. These include:
- www.every-life-matters.org.uk/safety-planning/
- www.verywellmind.com/suicide-safety-plan-1067524
If you’re in urgent need of support or in a state of crisis, please contact those around you or call the Samaritans on 📞 116 123
Remember, you’re worth being here, you’ve got so much to live for, and this won’t last forever 💛

Your the cutest therapist ever ❤❤❤
Ya man shouldn't be telling you whether he thinks you have gained a couple pounds if he knows you've got a problem, it's a weird thing to say regardless but he's speedrunning not being engaged... One time my anorexic friend had gained weight to where she looked healthy after lookin like she was on death's door but you couldn't've paid me to say anything about that, I knew it would;ve been wrong to lmao.
That’s fair enough for you 😊 for me it was his way of telling me that I looked healthy as I was consistently asking him if I did; he was trying to support me. Most people would find it a weird thing to say considering societies opinion on weight, but it can help me on occasion. Appreciate your experience though.
I remembered hearing the workbook on meditation called 30 Days to Overcome Suicidal Thoughts by Harper Daniels was helpful. If anyone needs something.
Thank you for adding that recommendation!

Love this!! So relatable aswell ❤️ well done both of you for being SO honest and so truthful love you
Thank you! ❤️ love you xx
I dealt with this a lot in High School. Even ended up in the hospital. Thankfully I am better now. A good lesson that helped me is to limit your social media intake as much as you can.
Sorry to hear that you’ve dealt with this also, but happy to hear that you’re better now! I agree, stepping back from social media helps to clear my mind 😊
