I actually just cried watching this! I've struggled with diet, body dismorphia, extreme diet becoming ill then over eating. I'm at a point in my life now, I've had my two kids, I am overweight and struggling for time and motivation but really wanting to just feel better, mentally, better sleep, more energy and all of that, this was just what I needed to hear today, thank you so much ❤
