Take a break from your existential crisis and watch some videos.
The GTA 5 Community You NEVER Knew Existed
Grand Theft Auto 5 is the biggest game on the planet and it would be a difficult task to find someone who hasn’t heard of it. Throughout its decade long run, many passionate communities have arisen and still to this day produce content. From the massive Biker Community to Role-Players, Fictitious Movie Studios and Up-to-no-gooders… there is a plethora of entertainment to sink yourself into within the realm of the game.

What Happened To Stealth Games?
มุมมอง 42K6 หลายเดือนก่อน
Stealth games are without a doubt my favourite type of video game, so it’s disappointing to realise the genre is severely lacking in entries. This past decade has seen the landscape of gaming develop immensely and somewhere along the way studios have decided that stealth-oriented games are not worth the time or money. Instagram: @thebakonem Music: White bat audio & Royalty free music. MISSION O...
It ain't even out of mid development but you should check out Project TH, it's got dev diaries that are about a minute long and it's being made by an indie team. I'm still reserving some skepticism because of all the developers in the past who've pulled some bullsh*t.
I could see a real stealth based battle Royale being interesting. The dev would have to find a map size that would allow stealth without making the game turn into people creeping around doing nothing. Maybe there's 2 teams and one has weapons while the others are set loose to try to survive while being hunted and the team being hunted can sneak up on a hunter and kill them to get their gear and maybe even use it as a disguise. Every now and then the location of the prey would be revealed to incentivise movement.
splinter cell conviction coop was by far peak stelth coop gameplay. i just wish we could complete levels by doing objectives that are hard to get to and interact with without killing anyone... that would be AMAZING! ill never forgive ubisoft for what they have done... NEVER!
Have you heard about Shadow Gambit: cursed crew. It's top down but an amazing game
blacklist looks surprisingly good considering it's from 2013
metro and sniper elite
The most fun stealth game I ever played was splinter cell conviction. There was a co-op mode similar to terrorist hunt, I forget the name. But it was so incredibly fun going for a perfect with your friend. When you both had to hit shots without execute.
I love Stealth games. Splinter Cell series were my favorite games ever...please bring them back....
i love ghost recon steath tbh... ghost recon wildlands and breakpoint are peak at max diff with no hud throw in a couple mods 10/10
Tbh not a lot of stealth games have a sort of hook mechanic. As in swing to where you want.
Here's my idea: a first-person MMORPG with a stealth focus that takes place is a post apocalyptic world infested by smart zombies
Sniper ghost warrior contracts is super underrated stealth game
Thief simulator goated stealth 😂😂
Yall come play some splinter cell chaos theory with us, shits better than ever
Splinter cell conviction and blacklist were some of the best games I’ve ever played. I miss the split screen co op features where I could play with friends without buying online subscriptions. Stealth games require strategy and aim rather than no frills shooting. Hope they actually follow through on the splinter cell remake.
Meanwhile, tactical team stealth games like Commandos: First time?
Mimimi is already gone, sadly.
Wow this video speaks a volume. As a stealth enthusiast myself i completely relate to this topic. And as for suggesting some real good stealth games that came out new but are damn underrated here is the list: 1. Shadow Ereban legacy 2. Intravenous 1 and 2 3. Mimimi studio games 4. Sumerian six 5. No sun to worship 6. Evotinction
To this day there is not ONE spy game with 60s settings in a open world with 3P. It's a shame!!!
8:11 Have you ever tried an indie game called "raw metal"?
I didn't know Sniper Elite 4 was fundamentally a stealth game until I played it (having never paid the slightest attention to any others in the series, I have no clue about those). As for the Dishonored series I believe those games only make sense, in relation to their premise & design, as stealth titles. I played both releases/all DLCs in that mode & consider them the best sneaky gaming I've had outside of Splinter Cell. Likewise Prey & Deathloop are at their best, least as I'm concerned, worked though slowly while hidden in the shadows.
I personally think Ubisoft ruined the genre in its entirety. I don’t think they’ll ever deviate from the far cry formula of sneak into settlement, do boring side tasks, eliminate all enemies, liberate the townspeople or destroy comms, leave area, repeat.
Play Styx master of shadows! xox
I love stealth games, I love the aesthetics and mechanics of them. I am also god awful at stealth games and can barely make it down an empty hallway without being spotted. I sure as hell try though lol
I have another theory, stealth games are difficult to play and require patience. The big developers think "player hate difficulty and frustration, so let's give them the stealth without the frustration". But we know today, thanks to From Software that in an action RPG you can bet on frustration if you make it the identity of your game, with a community of players. Do the same thing in a stealth game and that game will become very popular amongst players. They will identify as "those who have beaten that difficult game"
If you want to make a good stealth game, you need to make your character weak. If the player is stronger than an army then why being stealthy in the first place? Like in the game Styx, when the main character cannot fight upfront you force the player to play smart.
I guess they still kept us waiting, huh? This is a poorly executed MGSV joke
maybe a stealth game where you are the guard, but like in a special facility with shadow-monsters or stuff so you have to hide and also make sure they do not escape
really sucks that we havent gotten a good stealth game since 2015 with MGS V its been 9 years...
They went into stealth.
I would pay so much money for a new PS5 stealth game, they should 100% remaster Splinter Cell and the Old Mission Impossible game back into something slightly new but rememberable. I do love the new Hitman games but I think it's not stealthy enough, like I want to be climbing through vents, scaling buildings or ab-sailing down them and hiding from cameras by going into the shadows.
The new spider-man games has some nice and satisfying stealth gameplay
Splinter Cell -> stopped being a stealth series and died with no new games Metal Gear Solid -> stopped being a stealth series and died with no new games Assassin's Creed -> stopped being a stealth series and died Thief -> terrible reboot and then died with no new games Hitman -> actually still getting new games and is still a stealth series that sells well Lot of choices we have, but even funnier how there's a clear reason why we don't get stealth series. It's not because stealth games are more niche (Soulslikes do just fine selling millions while being a niche genre), it's that all of the stealth series stopped being stealth series, sold poorly because of it, then died for obviously not being something that people wanted.
Its a crime against humanity that in no stealth game discussions do i see commandos behind enemy lines quoted often enough. That one and commandos 2 were fucking masterpieces. God how i miss good stealth games. If there is a genre im a stan of, its that one
Sniper elite 4 is an amazing stealth/sniper game. 5 is much less stealthy.
praying for a new splinter cell game to come out. but realistically, this is not happening
have you ever heard of spectre it is a very small game but it's like spies vs mercs
I can save you some time: the average person nowadays just doesnt have the patience or attention span to enjoy stealth games. in order words, the market is too small. thats what happend.
i didnt play games for ten years untill pve grayzone warfare scratched this itch better than anything without the learning curve and time expenditure of arma dont have much hope for the future of the game but oh well
You should try Intravenous 2 !
the games intravenous 1&2 & filcher are pretty good
Wildlands and Breakpoint have great stealth imo. Also, there are a bunch of good indie titles that are dedicated stealth games. Intravenous 1 & 2, Filcher are some of my recent favorites Lastly, the "new" Splinter Cell is supposed to be a remake of SC1, not a remaster.
if you want a good stealth game try intravenous 2, its great
igi man childhood hardships lol 😅
You threw in a stealth battle royals idea in and a small clip from transformers. I’ve always had an idea of a Transformers battle royal where you can sneak up on other players disguised as a random vehicle
There's a reason why stealth games are doing not so well. It is the CORE of stealth See games, and really anything in general follows a incremental succsess curve. In any zombie survival or TD game, you kill enemy, you progress x% towards the end. And this is also what gives us that boost of happiness. Secondly, any errors or mistakes either reduce the progression, or makes future progression harder. In REALISTIC stealth games, the opposite is true. You START off at 100% success rate, and ANY slip up means you go down to 0(realistically if you're seen and sussed out, the entire world knows) Which means the gratification is delayed till the VERY end. Now, games try and combat this either by making the information spread(as in you are seen/anything sussy happened) slow/preventable, but this feels not realistic. They also try and add in safe spots(as in to divide the level into many parts) but this also seems fake, since why the fuck would the guards decide to ignore one spot?
No word about Styx😢
Hey man, maybe they are just hiding? 😂
I really recommend everyone a game called Intruder, it's on Steam, it's an online indie fps but with a high focus on stealth, the developers call it a "stealth multiplayer experience". Only problem is that there's not a lot of players. I really like this game, give it a try
Yes, id love to see a rebirth of more stealthy military shooters, kinda like ghost recon but a tab more realistic and 1st POV. Imagine this for a game, SAS-Sabre squad, you’d play as one of a six man squad conducting covert reconnaissance, search and destroy and hostage rescue missions. I said SAS cause I’ve never played a game that truly depicts the SAS in any real manner. To give an example of a mission idea one could see you and your squad do a HAHO jump into enemy territory than have to hike to a target, let’s say an enemy compound, conduct reconnaissance of said camp with the potential HVT, than assault said target, kill or capture without alerting the compound and than sneak back out of the AO avoiding contact being as realistic as possible, I wanna almost be pulling my hair out with this game but also married for 50 years.
Stealth only games suck ass.
