I have the same trench coat, I also purchased it in 2017 and believe it or not, it was destroyed at the dry cleaner. It came back with. Grey stain in the middle button. It's a shame they no longer have the Burberry Brit line, the more "affordable" version.

I had a very cute French boyfriend on my trip to Paris and he was totally like this! It was a bit much for me but it was one of the most wonderful relationships I've ever had. He would call me a princess and pour his heart out to me in texts, he would have done anything for me. The things he said to me were the things women dream about and wait a lifetime for. I still have his picture tucked into my old Paris guidebook. My week with him in Paris is one of my most beautiful life memories. ❤

I like to know if it’s common for French men to take forever to reply to texts and also ghost people if they aren’t a priority. I understand individualism as well as family and friends are highest priority. I feel like if your not in that inner circle your ignored for only God knows how long. Someone I know is behaving like that ever since he moved back there from the US. Im very frustrated cuz I reached out to him via his social media platforms and finally wrote on his fb wall but he deleted it. We’re talking about leaving me hanging for more than a month. And no I’m not harassing him everyday about it I give him 2-3wks before reaching out. I thought the French men were direct and don’t pussyfoot around 🤷‍♀️ . I find it rude that b/c I’m not being treated with respect and dignity. My time is valuable.

Yeah. Why do they insist on making complicated life regimes look effortless? Who cares? If it takes effort, fine. If it doesn't, fine. The French value some weird things.

This was very helpful! I will be going to Paris just after the Olympics (arriving on 8/13) so I am staying for about 1 week. Our plan is to walk around as much as the heat will allow and really try to take in Paris in bits. I hope that we can find some fun but still peaceful moments during our visit.

I do like the stereotype French girl aesthetic but I think I would become bored with the uniform blazer, shirt or stripe top and classic style pants uniform. I can appreciate having less items of clothing is something we should all strive for. However I do live to experiment and include colour and many boho style prints etc. Looking forward to experiencing Paris soon. I'm embarrassed to say I'm already adapting my packing to look more French..so I don't stand out for the lwrong reasons lol

Lovely travel vlog. The French Riviera is absolutely beautiful! No wonder there were so many Hollywood classic films made there. And Cannes & Nice must have also been very nice changes from all the activity & bustling lives of Paris.

Adriel: I can totally relate after 7 yrs in field of law. Really suffocating. Makes a difference if you work in a field of law thats interesting perhaps fashion, beauty, travel, etc. question: what are you going to do when you run out of money in Paris?

Hello Adriel! About your old Burberry, just get a steamer and steam the daylights out of it. I actually washed mine by hand in the bathtub because the cuffs and hem were filthy. It took three days from start to finish. Do NOT fret if it loses a little color in the water. I used baby shampoo. Be sure to remove any removable lining. Do NOT dry it in the dryer. Use towels to blot out the excess water, and hang to dry on a heavy hanger. I padded the hanger with white wash clothes to keep the shoulder shape. After it dried, I steamed it, and used an iron with a press cloth to flatten the seams. That collar stand used to be standard in all Burberry trench. Voila! Perfect. What you need to know is everything is going to be even more expensive than it already is, I still can't believe they are making those athletes swim in that nasty Seine water. I have a feeling Musée d'Orsay will be unbearable. It's already unbearable on an average day. Careful it's: Il n'y a pas de quoi. Thank goodness we will be away during this hot mess! A very informative vlog as it covers a lot of ground designed to make life easier for visitors during an exceptional period when it seems that the number of tourists is not yet visible in terms of accommodation bookings, incoming flights (?), etc. from what I understand from other French channels Little corrections: Jardin d'Acclimatation ( not 'de Acclimatation') and Soupe à l'oignon (not 'de l'oignon').

I was there last month and yes, google maps had us going in circles. We took Bolt when necessary. The price was very reasonable. We just downloaded the app and was able to pay through the app.

I've also heard that Airbnb has been proving to be very unreliable with cancellations right before people arrive in Paris. Not sure how Vrbo is doing but a last minute cancellation will definitely be more of a problem this year.
