Video 1 of 3 about my International Harvester 1210 4WD Travelette Pickup
Hey any chance you still have it and are looking to sell?
That's a nice Cornbinder.
Beautiful truck. Dip you still have it?
I sure don’t. I sold it years ago. I still have not seen a nicer example.
What engine does this truck have, axles? Awesome rig
I have the exact same year truck except mine is a 5 speed transmission and I have a travelall same year automatic transmission
Nice truck , do you have a good adres for spares that also ship to europe ? I need some for fixing-up my Travelall
do you still have it??
Hey do you still have this truck
Diesel? These trucks never came with those engines. They used an older gasser design.
Not a diesel. That is a 392 v8
do you have the 7.3L or the 6.9L?
Neither. The 1210’s came with the 345 ci. Which would be about a 5.7 or 5.6 depending on rounding up or down for the liters.
Cool truck !
You sir, have good taste for old trucks. Good work on the 4x4 conversion. My dad has an old 3/4 ton step side international that he put a power wagon front end under. Good sturdy dana 44, but looks kind of funny under there too. Yours, though, looks perfect and so does the rest of your truck. Did these come with a high pinion differential?
NICE TRUCK MAN! IS THAT THE 7.3LT (446 CUI) MOTOR IN IT? THANKS
Sorry, that's the one. You'll see it there. It looks like it was a government vehicle. Somebody just got the front axle and diff. Post back if you found anything good.
@JoeCougar5 which pickapart is it, they list one for sun valley but not for sunland
where is this pick a part located ? pick a part's web site doesnt list one in sunland
I just got back from Pick Your Part in Sunland (L.A.) Calif. and they have one of these 1210s sitting there. Factory 4wd big v-8 pretty nice really. Way too good to just seel to a junk yard.
l had picked up a '75 IH reg cab 2 wheeler pickup in "82 that was a write off from rolling on it's side . lt had thrown it's hood and hinges off due to rust, as well . With a few repairs, l drove it for 25 years . lt was stripped w/ standard steering yet power brakes ??? lt had a V8 and somebody has stuck in a 4 gear which l loved, creep speed low with a short shift that clicked into gear with the accuracy of a firearm . Ford, Dodge and Chevy shifters seemed like a stick in the mud in comparison
how much were you asking?
Looking for one as well. Looking for a usable body and frame, the rest would be a bonus. Cheap is the key...
Not sure that IS a 'Wagonmaster'. A Wagonmaster had a unibody pickup box joined to the cab like a Chevrolet Avalanch. Basically a Wagonmaster was a travelall with the overhead cargo area cover removed. I had a Wagonmaster from 1995-2002. It was an Air Force vehicle auction and was owned/maintained by the A.F. from 73-95. Flat O.D. green, no rust/damage, custom skid-plates underneath, 4-speed, Dana, Spicer, 392 V-8, 4x4, Bendix Anti-lock brakes, metal door panels inside (which I preferred)
shortbed, hard to find
Awesome truck!!!
I have a 1210 2 wheel drive and 2 scouts, IH obsession
How much is it worth?
sweet rare truck
i have the exact same truck but single cab, and in worse shape.,but this truck is perfecct shape.
