    별건 아닌데 팔꺽기는 조금 교정하시면 자세가 더 예쁠거 같습니다. 롤링을 적게 하셔서 그런 것 같기는 한데, 팔꿈치 각도가 좀 커서 팔이 밖으로 빠지네요. 롤링 좀 크게 하시면서 피니쉬 - 리커버리 - 엔트리까지 팔이 직선으로 쭉 이어지면 자세가 더 멋질 것 같습니다.👍👍👍

    젠 스윔 클럽이 카이젠을 베이스로 하나요? 아무튼 저의 판단으로 영상에서 나오는 수영에서 바디벨런스는 좋아요. 1. 왼손과 오른손의 리커버리 팔의 편안함이 다릅니다. 왼손이 더 힘이 들어가요. 2. 1의 이유는 왼손을 들기 때문입니다. 3. 드는 이유는 뻗은 손을 체중을 실어서 떨구지 못 해서예요. 4. 반대로 왼손은 숨을 쉬어서 그런지 자연스럽게 체중이 실리고 팔이 떨어져요. 위 부분만 수정해도 훨~ 이쁜 수영이 될 것 같아요. 이 정도까지 오기도 사실 보기 힘들긴 합니다. ㅎㅎ

      카이젠의 젠이 맞아요^^ 네 ^^ 이부분고치려고 양쪽호흡을 연습하기 시작했는데 뭐가 맞고틀리고를 몰랐는데 피드백 감사드립니다. 제 지난 영상들을 보면 수린이시절부터 노력한 결과들이 유치하게 담겨있네요. 노력한정도보다 부끄럽지 않을만큼 수영하고 싶어요^^ 다시한번 감사드립니다^^

      @@helena7949 이거 수정 하시려면 어깨를 으쓱 하면 반대 어깨도 따라 움직이는 걸 인지 해야해요. 리커버리를 편하게 하려면 뻗은 손을 밑으로 체중을 실어서 떨구는 반동으로 리커버리를 해야 어깨에 부담이 전혀 없어요.^^ 제가 알기로 카이젠(일본단어)을 최초로 수영에 쓴게 ti 스윔인데 이 단어를 쓰는 곳은 처음이라 신기 하네요.^^

      @@helena7949 아, 그리고 s자 물잡기 하지 마시길 추천 드립니다. 손 끝이 항상 바닥을 보게끔 풀 동작을 해야 해요. 오른팔 풀 동작이 밑으로 떨어지지 않아요. 그래서 비거리가 안 나오는거라 보입니다. 응원 합니다~^^
