I been using this strategy for a couple of years great when its not wet! And u have high rise blades i have the mulch kit for it to but not good for leaves as yhe mulching blades dont really suck up ad good as the high riser blades
Is that using a Kubota?

i seem you make a bad purchase trust me was better if you choose the grillo fd 13.09 4wd load accelleator when the bin is full the pto turn off byself or grillo fd 900 4wd one have 26 horsepower instead other 25 horsepower and they are able dump the grass to 200 cm and other 195 cm of height
Fd 900 is more than twice the price of a Kubota g231? I’ll sure there are others which are better.

perhaps because the leaves do not make volume in the basket because they are not chopped
Yes, I was surprised how unchopped the leaves were. I guess a purpose built leaf collector will mulch the leaves as well. It does the job for a few months of the year.
That’s pretty impressive, better than my gr2120
Yeah it’s good, was only running at 2000 rpm so would be better still at full throttle/3000 rpm
@@Machinesandstuff my Gianni Ferrari GTS 230 at half throttle is able the same collecting leaves and grass
Not used that type of machine before, I believe they are good. Ideal if it can collect leaves as well. 👍
You should run it at full revs then it'll really perform! I did think it wasnt at full rpm but just heard when you confirmed, it won't have max throw if it's not at full throttle hope that helps
Thanks for the info. Yes I think the handbooks says that as well, but it just seems wrong to run it over 3000 rpm! Will give it a go 👍
@@Machinesandstuff for that mission for cutting the grass there's also the Gianni Ferrari but also the grillo fd 13.09 4wd with the loading accelerator and when the grass catcher is full the cutting deck switches off automatically
