I honestly think your persistent feedback is helping my channel. When you didn't respond with a like or a comment for a few weeks, my videos lost their momentum in terms of exposure. Now that you are again doing this, that momentum is quickly returning.

Thanks for the like! I have a better mic...but now I also have a better computer and unfortunately, this one comes with one less USB port. I'm using my headset for now...trying to remember to mute the mic while I play so I don't have the hissing sound in the background.

Thanks again! You are an inspiration. The game IS fun and I try to let the fun of the game and the beauty of the game shine through for itself. My hope, too, is that the right process of exploration and simple building will produce a larger scale transformation of the landscape that will, in turn, show the beauty of patience and discipline, the true rewards of a progressive long play.

Thanks! I do love this game. I have a plan laid out which I am executing and so I am excited to try and complete that plan...to play a "complete" game of Minecraft. And then to start a new one!

Good question: I am following my "progression system" and in that system I have the following "self-limiting rules": I cannot craft anything from Diamond until I gather a stack of Diamond (which I first did in the Taiga biome called Spruce Hills (which I rarely visit now)); I cannot use any Diamond tools outside of a Site/Biome where I have a Diamond Mine; a Diamond Mine is a strip mine or "Deep Mine" which I create once I reach the "Lava Lake level (y=12)"; I only use Diamond tools for things that specifically require them (like mining Obsidian) because they, Diamonds, are still hard to acquire; once I setup an Enchantment Table (which has its own list of requirements) and get Fortune, then I might be more liberal with the use of Diamond gear; for now I am avoiding using Diamonds as much as possible; Iron Ingots are fairly cheap and I even keep a supply of them in my Personal Inventory at all times for on the go tool repair. All of this is my way of building in a deeper sense of progression into playing Minecraft.

In a way I am creating immersion though having multiple sites/bases where each one is somewhat independent. When I move on to modded Minecraft different sites/bases/villages will have different access to modded items creating a variety of different cultures/technological cultures. As always i am working this out as I go.

@@sealchan1 you really have an interesting and unique way of playing this game on an older version, unlike any minecraft youtuber i have seen so far. this is why your videos should get more recognition, but unfortunately, the youtube algorithm is never good, promoting only brain melting shorts, instead of actually interesting content like yours. it's such a shame, really. but i believe you will finally get the recognition that you deserve

I can say that I think the algorithm has given me a boost in the last few months...I don't know why, but I was getting no views on many days and now it is rare that this ever happens. My subscription rate was non-existent but now I am getting a small trickle. My hope is that by completing this series and then moving on to a modded series that will help draw interest.

Yah, I don't know if it is a Minecraft v1.1 thing, but there are a lot of pigs in places. I definitely felt like I got checked at that one point by that Pig. Also, if you look through the list of my episodes, you may notice just how hard it is to get a Stack of Raw Porkchops from Pigs when you farm them. Until recently it was neck-to-neck as to whether I was going to get a Stack of Raw Porkchops first or a Stack of Ghast Tears. I have been tempted on more than one occasion to "clear the field" of excess Piggies.
