I originally wrote this piece as an experiment to mess with an orchestra arrangement but the further I indulged myself within the piece, the more ideas I spread across the piece (and a few parts are partly inspired from Violet Evergarden ^^), anyways, enjoy!

Very nice … it could resolve better harmonically in some parts but that is it …it has story and a melody and harmony is good
This piece has so much harmonic richness, it would be a good idea perhaps doing an orchestration version of it. Edit: Forgot to mention how wonderful it is.

@@mystmoth I try and write music myself (with only basic self taught music theory and stuff) so I’m very appreciative of artists who show true skill and talent. And even though it’s a one off it has more “character” and direction to me than what a lot of Hollywood scores have today. I feel like sometimes music is written to fit the mood not the story, and well this feels like it fits a story yet to be written

What a beautiful piece. It’s amazing that we live in a time where you can get this kind of sound out of a piece of software. Wagner once wrote that the future of Music would involve eliminating all the middleman. He couldn’t have known how accurate he was with that prediction. You have written an excellent piece of music and without any sense of distraction by the software. I look forward to listening to listening to more of your Music.

btw I don´t know if this will be useful at all but you can select a note, go to properties and change it´s volume in the "velocity" part (Which is inside the "playback" or "reproduce" part, idk my MuseScore is in spanish) by increasing the number, I´m saying this because I noticed that you marked accents in the drums but they didn´t play particularly louder, oh and if you copy-paste the bar then the notes that you changed the volume for will keep that change, so you don´t have to do it note for note, I write for drums in MuseScore a lot and I always have to go manually put on the accents and also lower the volume of the hi-hats since they always seem to be way too loud for my taste lmao. Hope this helps!!!
